i would put a nipple on the radiator if it were me.. it is there to take air pockets out of the head, they way the motor sits in the frame there is a high spot on that side of the motor, making it very likely to get air pockets trapped in the head.. could creat BIG problems.. take the time to set the bike up the right way.. you will thank yourself later

WOW thats long. i have a 392 cub wit overide. i tried a +4 and swapped it out for a +2.. lol.. the +4 would spin too much .. the +2 is very interesting to ride though.. lol

i have a 392 cub with lockout and dunable.. its a trail bike.. thats just how i roll !! lol

dam right!! i would pay as well to ride there again... they should open it, have a few rules, and charge just like anywhere else..

i work on conputer boards just about everday.. make sure you have a ground strap on your hand before you take the new board out of its "static free bag".. these boards are very sensitive when it comes to static electricity. and use the dielectric grease "or paste as mentioned" .. take your time and all will be fine.. hope this helps..

man i was going to livingston since i was 16.. that place was by far thee best i have ever road!!! i pray everyday that it will reopen!!! lol.. royal is ok.. being that it is close and its a decent place to go ride.. its not real big but plenty to ride on.. i like going to land between the lakes also.. but livingston is my favorite.. lots of memorys!! lol

2nd gear is the weak link to the tranny.. could very well be that it is stripped.. or maybe another problem.. i would pull the clutch cover off and check your shift star and shift rod first, if that all checks out its time to split those cases (and the mods begin!) lol..

here is my experience with avgas.. iwhen i first built my 392 cub i tried using 100LL in it.. it owuld not run right!! i tried everything with the jetting and timing.. it ran good until i opened it up.. at high rpms the motor would sputter!.. i never figured that one out. so i switched back to 93 and everything was fine...

sounds like you should take it to someone else.. that guy doesn't know what he is talking about.. a long rod stroker crank is a ot more reliable.. i was actually looking for a 4mm crank with stock rods since i just had a fresh bore.. ditch the spacer plate and get cut domes.. i would have a builder do the engine.. sounds like you may be waisting money messing with this guy.

noss machine maybe??? david noss makes top notc heads.. i have one on my bike.. i bought one when he first started making them and it has served me well all of these years... its the only head i would buy..
