  1. 6 more weeks till the azz whoopins begin. Those michigan boys better get their bikes tuned right. I dont wanna hear no fuggin excuses when you get here why yer chit dont run. LOL
  2. i use copper spray on every head gasket i put on. I also lapp the top of the cyls and head as well so they are perfectly flat. You shouldnt need loctite on any of the cyl studs or head nuts. On the head i use some 1104,1211, or yamabond on the threads to keep any leaks from creeping up the threads. especially important on cub cyls since the head studs thread into the water jacket.
  3. Loboboy and Gigot are buds of mine and Loboboy recently sold his bike to someone out of state. Its a 7mm stock cyl. Without any changes other than Fi it went from I believe 85 before to 94 with Fi and switching to E85. It becomes easier to do as the electronics get better and cheaper and Kevin Gigot did a great job on that bike. Someday maybe we can just retrofit a snomo setup but as of now you need things like a battery and a way to charge it such as a modded 200 watt stator, elect fuel pump, TBs etc. FI will allow you to run larger throttle bodies such as 40-44mms and still have the snap of smaller carbs.I'd like to see a few more FI bikes someday.
  4. Hey badshee I know a guy in KC with a stock rappy wanting pipes, he would have the stock stuff for ya if you need it. I'll see if he's interested in a trinity setup for that price.
  5. Wow a M/M supercub pumpgas trail bike.that's a cool build. You'll surprise the heck out of the other sportquads with that motor. I have some 22" kenda claws I used to use when I trail rode mine, they hook pretty good.
  6. Oct 16th @ L.S. Ok. is gonna be fun

  7. RK is a fine chain. It will stretch a little as they all do but its one of the best, no worries.
  8. LOL. I was kinda thinking the same thing. I was REALLY REALLY interested in the bottomend and the cylinder too possibly. oh well. IF you ever get pics and actually have the stuff tp sell. [email protected] Thx. Radar
  9. I think your gearing is about right but you have about 4-6" too much swingarm. With 70 hp you should be able to run a plus 6 with 9 paddles and not wheelie at all unless you weigh 120lbs or are on a real hard hookin track. But your setup is all ready for more HP.
  10. hey Rico a 4.12 aint badd. good job. hope every had a good time and didnt tear up too much. if it woulda been this friday i coulda gone.
  11. If you want a near mint set of stock ones pm me.
  12. Tyler, we'll have 3 jeeps there so we can haul yer carcass out.Lol I got 5 spots yesterday behind the dyno shop. Spurdy get it together or bring it down and I'll finish it up and tune it. I'm on vacation next wk.
  13. do you have a red winding ricky stator? I had a bike that just wouldnt pull up top due to a bad ricky
  14. Wow I'd think 250 to 280 for mainjet ck coil ground, pickup gap like he said. . Ck float level, get new NGK plug boots for $8, borrow a coil and cdi to try, if its got a ricky stator it may be junk and goin out.
  15. James I'm a KC guy too I have em cut in olathe. If you check your squish and its too tight just do the math to get your squish to .040 or .045 and get a thicker base gasket to raise the cyls and head up to get it to .040. Raising.it 020 or .030. Will be ok it will just rev a bit higher on the topend and add a hp or two.
  16. Bbcmudtruck I'll bring my 90 pitbike we can mess around on them. Mines got 10x2 5spoke spindlemounts, chrome aarms, works shocks,+6 swinger, drag ported, +5mm stroker crank, 30mm carb, inframe pipe, carbon fiber reeds. Its another $5000 money pit. Lol
  17. This motor hauls butt I'm sure many wish it would sell and go to another state. Lol . . . .
  18. I agree with them too a cub isn't really trail friendly its nothing and then all of a sudden its spinning or standing up. Not good for creeks, hills etc. They run cool cuz they have good cooling but power delivery is all wrong for most.
  19. Just like these guys said. An aluminum drag axle is number one for sure just after light tires, along with aluminum sprocket and aarms and light drag spindles lose 7-10lbs. Then make sure you use light tires. A few LBs weight savings on anything that rotates like axle, sprockets, and tires can be a bike length or two in a race. American racers are real light tires good for asphalt. Don't know what you are running now.
  20. Exactly what they said. I usually have to lean the needle to the top or one off the top. 52 pilot as they usually. Come with 39s. Then since your trans is raised 1mm I think close to a 145/148 main. They are prone to running bowls dry. I drill the seat out larger. .
  21. No there aren't any rear or even front fender graphics. I don't have fenders anyway. It really just covers the frontend ,side of the radiator cover, side of the tank, side of the front fender under the tank, and the rear fender part under the seat where it says "350" from the factory.
  22. Guys, this seller is one of the best guys I've ever dealt with and known by many for a long time.

( CAMATV self built) 4mm Stockcyl - CAMed Sorry Bobby thought that was your old reliable cub killa 350. Loco there is no class for an 18mil DM. And I say this in a nice way, the way your bike is setep and you not being a dune racer I fully expect you to get whipped by smaller bikes. Its no biggie. Glad so many people are going. Where's Ryan/BBCmudtruck? I know of another big DM coming too but it might be a secret. Todd
  24. Every man is his own man and we wanna make up our own minds about stuff ourselves but trust the guys trying to warn you.how they can screw up something like dome angle for so long is pathetic. there are much better choices for topends nowadays and cheaper too than their BS. At least their proprietary pistons will only cost ya $240 a piece to replace due to their screwup instead of $94 bux a piece like a 100hp cubs pistons. Good job Trinity you still suck. .
