  1. dude did you guys just put used pistons on that? why whats the point of the rebuild then?
  2. i know how you can beat him let me ride it LOL jk but serious let me ride it lol
  3. no it should just be one link its and setup i sold him, which has a round house carrier, i had the same gearing setup he has to and when i first when to install it for the 45t it was one link too short so he shouldnt have a problem if he just takes on out link
  4. hmm if it is white white smoke from the right side it is probably tranny oil from a bad crank seal, turn on the bike and put ur hand on the exhaust on the right side give it a little throttle and smell ur had see if it hints tranny oil
  5. you shouldnt need to cut more than like a link or two just make sure u cut the right one, like imagine it will look like a female end after u get it off, i remember another chain i had before i put that one it was like a link too short for the sprocket also just play with the slack adjustment kind eyeball it more or less with the slack
  6. just have someone hold the basket for u with some shop towels and impact the center nut out
  7. paddleboy XD
  8. 2004 and 2006 LE banshee comes with a "carbon fiber hood" maier and a few other make it the only real carbon fiber hood out now is from trick licks
  9. try the 27.5 with the needle in the 4th clip from top down. and go with a 1 1/2 turn out see what that does
  10. your gonna have to buy a screw remover bit i think its you best bet
  11. lol sorry about that but i forgot to mention i was running a 45 T rear sprocket just measure it and be presice and grind down the side of the one ur going to take off and punch it out.. post some pics of finished project
  12. hey bud if you are running stock carbs, switch out and try a different set altogether, we had almost the exact same problem with a bike it sounded as if it was running on one side only and we couldnt figure it out so after like 3 small heat cylces it seized. so we switched the carbs and it seemed to clear out the problem
  13. u might be right about the stock one i dont remember off the top of my head, but the blaster domes that white knucle uses is cut to a 9* angle most commonly 9 or at least thats what we setup the piston with
  14. you put them in inches, its alot easier to read in millimeters alot of these guys wont convert it lol
  15. you cant beat the original coolhead lol thats my personal favorite never annyyyy problems and ive seen hundreds of bikes with them
  16. banshee piston is 10deg, these should be cut to 9deg
  17. i want to say mine is in the 55 ish and 63 ish on alky maybe?
  18. id say 300 mains u dont need as much fuel since u are running the airbox usually for that setup i like the 27.5 pilot and the 4th clip on the needle from top down. also about 1 1/2 on the airscrew. this usually works really good on this kind of setup
  19. go 310-320 on the main jets, 27.5 on the pilot, um... check the writing on the needles make sure they are stock go 4th clip down from top. and about 1 1/2 turns out on the airscrew. that should take care of it. also if you arnt ported and not always running full race gas just go at most 3 degrees i dont think it makes a difference putting too much on it.
  20. yea im still there, i still say it isnt worth it but u know thats just me. yea the cable is the same for most carb setups
  21. to tell you the truth i think the fins are too tight and not enough air even circulates around that area where most people usually put them. if you are getting a hot bike might as well save and get a torchworks radiator
  22. usually 14-43 works good even if you have a lightly modified bike
  23. glad to have helped just make sure after you use the brillo pad, get a clean cloth and with the lacquer thinner clean the top and bottom decks of the cylinder where u cleaned it with the pad should leave it factory clean
  24. yea trinity has had this on their site a whileee ago for that money.. i just say no haha
  25. razor blade. brillo pad and thiner
