  10. i would get someone else to port those cylinders
  11. all you have to do is set the clutch lever to about half adjustment, then adjust the center screw on the pressure plate then screw down two springs opposing each other and make sure you have about 3/4 inch of play in the perch
  12. yea what happened is that the float on the carb probably is stuck open and the overflows might not be working right so it flooded the cases and the extra pressure goes in the combustion chamber and forces the rod which in turn bends it.
  13. finally gave in for a banshee i see there oscar lol
  14. check the jetting, it might be clogged
  15. rudy i believe isnt doing anymore motor work, he is only doing small jobs like overrides but no porting i think he is out of the game
  16. id probably go 9 haulers or 10 at most on the 21x12x8 b2b buff if you are going on rougher terrain. reason is on the 21 because they are alot lighter casings than the 22 and i dont really thing you motor has it for the 22 it doesnt look like it has the right setup for that, if you do go with the 22 i think it will slow your top end down
  17. no id do a run or two see how it runs on top end if its fine leave the main id stick with 340 at what you should do is go bigger on the pilot mayb 27.5 and go down one clip on the needle so you would be on the fourth from the top if the needle is lean it wont matter what main you put on it it will still run lean
  18. def i would say +8 is alot of timing advance, not too sure how its affecting you but imo i think its really high i think you would be better at +5, you should try something in the 14 / 43-45
