  3. if you are going to do something to the bike do it right the first time, go torchworks radiators best f'ing setup around. boss is a cheap chinese knockoff
  4. go with 310 and 27.5 go with like a 1 1/2 turn on the airscrew and more or less adjust from there also go on the 4th clip of you are 0-1100 ft. definately do not use the toomey needles .. junk stick with the stock ones
  5. ughh no i dont buddy we just got rid of it this week sorry i have a +7 swingarm on my banshee i dont really plan on getting rid of it but if you want it its there, complete with chain same price and my chain is a regina GPXV
  6. take the side cover off, if you put an aftermarket clutch you have to remove the cushings. check how the shifter is on the clutch side near the shift star make sure its well adjusted and aligned right with it. also check if you put the chain on LOL
  7. new clutch setup, also since you have it open go with the clutch saver/pancake bearing, go with the r6 setup either that or go with the toomey. dont get the barnetts you have a very hard time finding neutral when the bike is on. make sure when you get the aftermarket complete clutch get rid of the cushings

  15. try 160-168 on the main and maybe 50-55 on the pilot i think thats a good start
  16. try a company called honeybee, they did some stuff to UAE so maybe they can do something
  17. yea trust me it happens we recieved a brand new one from ricky stator and it was cracked where the pickup mounts, also the original one on the customers bike the bolts that hold the actual stator to the plate came loose and caused all kinds of stuff in there dont even want to mention it, just to say it was dirty!
  18. trust me they do break, sending one back and getting the return, opening it and its already cracked.
  19. nice i see TDR uses TSR software only the best
  20. glad to help buddy message me if you need anykind of info ill be glad to help you out or just call me at the shop
  21. just go with the vforce 3' im sure u can find a good pair of 2's but its not worth the investment the design is well i wouldnt say faulty but they made the 3's for a reason i think they are alot more cleaned up on the throttle and beside the fact that you have to bolt down the 2's to the cage they fracture alot from those stress points, as compared to the snap together 3's
  22. i know some of you guys are on a tighter budget than other but its a really really good investment to get the billet timing plate, we had the cast one break off on a customers bikes a few times already, we sent them back because they had warranty and as soon as we got them back opened and they were already cracked or breaking off some at some stress points
  23. duh sorry i forgot to add that part too hahhaa be sure to remove it or else ur bike will gain horsepower
  24. new streetbike clutch, oil and a penny haha the penny is so you can tighten the bolts evenly without it moving put it in between the basket gear and the crank gear. tighten bolts not too much but jsut where the gears start to squeeze the penny you will know when to stop.
  25. thanks bud it is a clean bike, maintain the hell out of it but well worth every single effort =D
