  8. filter page doesn't look like they are selling banshee filter kits for $40 anymore, but it's also the best price on the net for REAL K&N filter sthough. hope this helps.

  10. That's a smokin' deal, just not what I'm looking for. I sold my 2-1 a long time ago I have AC propegs airbox w/ proflo foam filter... next to new cond. w/ or w/o lid with holes or stock box stock swinger....complete with carrier and axle...no hubs I have a ton of shit.... please either trade me or buy it.... i need to move this out of the garage. make offers!!! nothin is too retarded to consider, unless your just being retarded on purpose...lol

  13. Yeah I see cfm all over the internet and forums of all kinds. I read his posts. He is a nice guy and an all around cool guy. BUT nice guys finish last in this dog eat dog world..... And as for his fabrication business..... I donated $300 for a +4 swinger and all I got in return was about 13lbs of scrap metal. One of his welders was a drunk and I paid for it. Still pisses me off looking at this fubar swinger I'll never get to use. Not his fault, but still...something could be done. I'm sure he's still feeling the hurt from all those shitty swinger that went out about a 1.5-2 years ago. Sorry about your rough times CFM! We all know that feeling...some better than others!

  15. I have the magura hyd. clutch.... only problem is the retard who designed the slave cylinder never took a look to see if it mounts nice on the banshee. I have to make a clamp mount for it so the old hold down would stop eating through the cylinder. Shitty design for the banshee application is all. There is always a way to make something better. The hyd. needs no adjustment.... only the pushrod. adjust it to about 1/8" before the max reach of the slave rod.... this way you have a little extra tolerance on both sides of the throw. also put a piece of silicone R/C car fuel line on the area where the rod comes out of the slave to avoid any chaffing or premature wear on the body from the hold down. :biggrin: maybe this will help some of you make the slave last longer....since it is the only weak link in the system. A nice RTC lever and slick-cable will get you the same result for wayyyyyyyy cheaper
  16. step 1) buy correct yamaha flywheel puller. (reverse threaded=righy loosey) step 2) use it correctly.... this means be PATIENT!!! NOTE:If the threads are shitty on the wheel then use a dremel and wire wheel to clean them. Also take the same dremel with a cut off wheel this time and cut 4 vertical cuts throught the threads on the puller to clean as it goes in. step3) have a beer because you did it the right way the first time. :beer:
  17. yeah... got my stock 02 crank if you want it. Has about 150 hrs. Perfect shape, just went up to 4mm

Stock carbs w/tors 2 stock air boxes... one with proflokit/ twinair filter... great shape 34mm pj's w/cable 250r -4 swinger a set of yfz450 twin piston front calipers for the banshee front brake upgrade...brand new condition... never used stock axle IMS 5.9 tank w/ fuel pump inside and matching front race cut fender stock swinger w/ carrier and AC skid plate brand new clutch cover from direct drive.... bare! no bearings or seals a-arms in pics on page 1 AC propegs black nets with front support bar to make them solid much much more.... just ask if you need something I probably have it.

  21. look for leaks, broken/missing pieces of gasket between the reeds and manifold. base gasket? head gasket? Sounds like one side is getting and extra dose of air and the other one is just along for the right. :thumbsup:
  22. Yeah since i put a longer swinger on mine it's a bit of work. It just wants to sqwat and go. I think because of the chain angle. With a stock swinger it pulls the rear up making it easier to pop the wheels. That why they used to make the amplink.
