Thank God somebody finally said it. Between old farts who can't see past the steering wheel and kids just learning to drive, I trust the kids 10x more than I trust the old farts. They run red lights, they pull out in front of you and drive 5MPH in 35MPH zones, they don't use turn signals... they're a fucking nightmare behind the wheel of a car. I know I should respect my elders, but when they've caused me so many scares and close calls on the highway, I have a damn hard time respecting their right to drive a car. By the way, if you guys hate Kansas, don't ever come to Nebraska. Whatever bad things Kansas has, Nebraska has much worse.

I'm betting that your boost bottle may have cracked your intake boots. Check them for cracks, and if they're cracked, that's your problem. Pull the intake boots, get new boots with a crossover tube, and get rid of the boost bottle. If they're not cracked, that makes things a little more complicated, but you should still pull the boost bottle, get rid of it, and swap in a regular crossover tube.

$5400 would be a steal for that bike, I wouldn't be surprised to see it go for close to $10,000, and that'd probably still be getting it for a reasonable sum. Also, yeah, I think I see a stock shifter on it. :laugh:

I happened to see this one on eBay the other day. Normally I'm not a huge fan of drag Banshees, but this one's badass. Most of the time, when someone says "nothing is stock" I don't believe that person, but I will make an exception in this case, because I can't see anything on that bike that is stock.

Denny's is Flotek and Kevin's is KEVSWS6 if I remember correctly.

I would steer clear of Alba, they've really gone to crap as a business over the last few years. The first place you'll definitely want to start is with pipes. I'm not exactly an expert on which type of pipe would work best for your style of riding, but if you want something that's good for trail riding, I don't think you'd want to step up to CPI's or Shearers. Toomey T5's would probably be a good choice, they're a really good pipe and you can usually find used sets for a lot cheaper than what you'd spend to get new ones from Alba. From there, you could probably get a cool head, pod filters, an adjustable stator plate, and a set of VF3's and still be under $1000. Another option would be porting, but if you ever want to upgrade to a 4mm stroker crank, you'll want to wait on the porting, as I'm fairly certain that you couldn't go from bone stock to a good 4mil setup for under $1000 (if I'm wrong, someone will correct me on this I'm sure). Like I said, I could be wrong about what I said above, and if I am I'm sure someone will correct me. If I had a bone stock Banshee and $1000, that's the direction I'd probably go in, though. EDIT: I'll second fastbanshee's recommendation of Jeff @ F.A.S.T. He has just about everything you'd need to put together a wicked Banshee. Kevin Herr at HJR would be another great source of info, and if you do decide to get your cylinders ported, he'd do top-notch work and have it done quickly.

I seriously hope you're not as worthless in real life as you are on this forum...
