  1. The RZ trans is a lil bit taller if I remember right, (I would have to look them up again). The RZ trans gearing is a wider ratio also. It was designed for onroad use obviously and the RZ Powervalved motor has more torque for pulling the wider ratio's, but they also have less rolling resistance than an ATV. For ATV use make sure to use the RZ shift forks and drum, the forks have roller bearings for the guide pins where the Banshee just has steel solid guid pins. Really smoothes up the shifts.
  2. If your fresh oil is grey already, you have more problems than a clutch cable adjustment.
  3. If you already have them or could get them cheap enough, try 'em.
  4. Looks like the tabs on your radiator are bent also.
  5. You should be able to bend it back , but it will need to be strengthened with a gusset. My Banshee in my sig has a bent steering hoop also (didn't notice it when I bought it earlier this summer), needs to be pulled back forward about 1/4" to 3/8" and then I will need to gusset it. I'll get around to it this winter.
  6. As in regular Banshee cylinders or regular unported RZ cylinders ??
  7. The question I have now for you is, would you build another "RZ" motor ???
  8. Don't mean to preach all the "RZ" stuff on to people, but the RZ shift drum has a bearing and the shift forks also have roller bearings on the guide pins where the banshee forks do not, they are solid guide pins. :geek:
  9. Use an impact, they come off real quick.
  10. That thing is awesome, "the 8th world wonder" ! So it looks like you have a battery mounted down in the front of the frame, are you planing on running a battery eliminator ? What all do you have done to the motor exactly ?
  11. That looks like the Banshee that dipshit kid " xXBANSHEE_KILLAXx " just sold a couple days ago....... :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  12. I had a similar problem a month ago and it was a plugged pilot jet.
  13. True, I guess my thinking was, having the shirt look a little "busier", maybe would help get the site noticed a bit more. Thanks for stepping on my balls.....LOL, I plan on getting a premium membership when money isn't so tight. It gets better for me in the fall when all the college dipshits come back to school.
  14. Start a poll maybe with most the big names and get every ones votes, or take nominations on builders and or parts suppliers. I can't imagine any company big or small would dislike free advertisement. Maybe I'm just trying to overcomplicate a simple thing.
  15. Your guys' bickering is kinda funny...LOL On a more serious note, I love the idea and would be very interested in one myself. Are the shirts good quality thick T's, not dollar store shirts ?. Maybe if possible get a few more big names on there regardless of site sponsors or not.
  16. "Screamin' like a Tabasco enema since 1987" The Best yet :yelrotflmao:
  17. They are never consistent on Db checking or spark arrestor checking, we just bought the screen arrestor inserts and installed them in the end of the silencers, seems to work fine.
  18. Not trying to be a dick, but is that correct -7 on the timing, or did you hit the wrong button ???
  19. Tough shit for him, according to you he wanted to do the trade......that 125 is his baby now !! As for the 8 cage buddies, probably all BS. I wouldn't worry a bit, but I'm not too intimidated by anybody either.
  20. Holy Shit, can I have your autograph ???? LOL.. J/K That was an awesome Vid and congrats on the record breaking run, congrats on the magazine write up / pic also.
  21. Maybe what you should do.........is, just sell the blaster ( they are good beginner quads, they sell quickly when priced appropriately ). Then take youre fist full of cash and go put a YFZ frontend on your Banshee, now that is "IF" all that you said is wrong with it. Then take the remainder and put it in to other mods or whatever. Just because the frontend bushings, and balljoints might be a lil worn & wiggly doesn't mean it's a piece of shit unless there is more wrong then what you are leading to believe. Just ride it the way it is right now, sell the the blaster, and make a winter project out of the Banshee you already own and post updates. No matter what you buy there's always going to be something you want to change about it.
  22. No I did not try the longer ones, I just made sure to get the right length ones specifically for the Banshee carbs.
  23. When I was looking for new pilots for my stock carbs, the Dealership only had the longer ones you are speaking of, I had to go to a different powersports center all to gether. I'm thinking you need to get the shorter Banshee / RZ mikuni pilots. Mike
  24. I think Dave Noss was contemplating on making some up at one time, but I don't think there was enough interest for it Other than that, Pro Design is it, and they do make them for the RZ motor.
  25. Yep. Bees wax works wonders !
