  1. This might be a lil more time consuming, but you could take that thing all apart, into a gajillion pieces and hide it in many different boxes, take the frame - wheels - plastics and hide them in the attic then nobody will know its there.....J / K I live in a really safe and secluded place so I never have to worry but just read several great ideas, great responses guys. Mike
  2. They are a bad ass pipe for sure, even on a completely stock motor with a +4 timing, they pull very hard. They do cool off relatively quickly, so given a minute or so for cool down you can shut the fuel off then, however plug check and or changes may be a lil more time consuming. I have ridden mine before in shorts just have to keep the legs spread away from the cannons. I can show anybody who is interested how to make very low resistance permanent sparkies for them for less then 5 - 10 $ also. Mike
  3. Just note that the Pro Design head does not have the provision for the thermostat, or I might say the thermostat housing. Maybe check into a Zeeltronic ignition for it also
  4. Rockets only came in one size
  5. Maybe "Snoop" should stop being such a fucking ass plug all the time, you always have such snide answers for everything, you act like your such great help, but in all actuality you're not.
  6. Keep your eyes peeled on E-Gay, and maybe join the RD / RZ forum there should be some on there or maybe somebody that has some to get rid of and last but not least check with TSS.com (the two stroke shop) they are in Australia and seem to have a lot of RZ goodies. Hope this helps. Mike
  7. Grab those Rockets for sure !!! Trust me, you'll not be disappointed at all, I run them on a stock motor with bumped timing and drilled air box. They pull like crazy from mid on up, with no noticeable bottom end loss. Just need to watch the legs a little, and let it cool down before turning the petcock. For the pipe clamps, I just used the black factory rubber ones and only clamped them on the chamber side of the exhaust, may sound kind of silly but they do not leak at all. Mike
  8. Banshee Tranny Ratios: 1st-- 2.461 2nd-- 1.812 3rd-- 1.500 4th-- 1.250 5th-- 1.045 6th-- 0.875 RZ 350 Tranny Ratios: 1st-- 2.571 2nd-- 1.778 3rd-- 1.318 4th-- 1.083 5th-- 0.962 6th-- 0.889 The main reason the RZ shifts smoother is because of the shift forks and drum, the guide pins on the RZ shift forks are roller bearings where the Banshee shift forks have steel pins and the RZ drum I think is cut a little softer. The RZ forks need to be kept with the RZ drum. Hope this helps, Mike
  9. I can't speak for CPIs or Shearers, only from talking to others about them, that the shearer pipes will not have any bottom with tons of top. the CPI pipes are better for all round than the Shearer and last but not least most "drama" surrounded infamous Rockets.....You will have several people talk shit / haters of them and you will have several lovers of them, me being one of the lovers. I have noticed no loss of any bottom end with them, the mid range comes on very hard and they pull like a mo - fo on top, probably not as high as the Shearer, but with better all round which is a little more needed for round the yard and what not. My experiences with them so far are on a stock motor. You can get some other reviews on the Rockets from these members: "Loco" "StClark" "Savage420" There maybe some more, not for sure right off hand. The biggest down fall of the Rockets is the fuel petcock is tricky to turn and is nearly impossible if the pipes are hot, the spark plugs take a little reaching around the pipes to get out and are not that bad, but again the pipes need to be cool. The Rockets however, are built with heavy gauge materials which is nice. Mike
  10. I can only say that is Pure Awesome !!!!
  11. I have a nice set....PM me Mike
  12. Hey man, congrats, glad to hear you got her going.
  13. More bottom end than a banshee cylindered motor and more topend, best of both worlds. Aftermarket ignition and powervalve controller to fine tune how far, how fast and at what rpm the powervalves open. Mike
  14. All should have to be 4mm stock cylinder to keep the playing field fair.....
  15. LOL, that is some funny shit man.
  16. D&D link Look quite a bit like Cheetah's
  17. I see them offered for a variety of dirtbikes but not the Banshee.
  18. Just get yourself a manual, Clymers, or Genuine yamaha service manual. You sound like your pretty intelligent the manuals are pretty detailed, you can do it, if you have any concerns with the parts or identifying bad or worn parts, just post some pics.
  19. Take your carbs off and clean the damn things, sounds like they're full of dirt and shit.
  20. Just pulled the stock O-rings out from my stock pipes cleaned them up and intalled them into my Rockets, they don't leak.
  21. :yelrotflmao: I personally rely on the good ole' Magic 8 Ball. Have to really shake the hell out of it though to get an honest answer.
  22. "Shee" be fukt !! Looks like you better get some cases maybe, crank, pistons and fresh bore too. Hope you heal up soon too.
  23. That thing looks Ultra Gay !!
