  8. What exactly is the general consensus on the best all round 80 hp with broad torque set up combination ( using current design ) pipes - carbs - timing - compression ?? Mike
  9. Unscrew the carb top, take out the slide, the center part of the carb slide ( where the cable attaches) will unscrew (has a hex top) and should be able remove needle, and last but not least..Downsize your pic in your sig...

  11. I have a brand new Alloyboltz stainless steel bolt set. I bought it a few yrs ago and never used or opened any of the packages. I would like to get $ 100.00 plus shipping for them. They are still around $ 115.00 plus $ 14.00 shipping on eGay.....
  12. Those carbs are TOO big for that set up..... stcokers will support a solid 70hp motor, I would definitely go for some of those...they are cheap and plentiful. Mike
  13. I wouldn't wait till June or especially a week before your vacation..... If you've got the time and money, do it now. You will want it assembled, broke in, jetted..and shit like that way before a week before your vacation. Not to mention, you probably wont be able to send them out and have them back in a week, let alone have assembled and all dialed in.
  14. The CPI's are not necessarily a DRAG pipe, more of a MID to TOP pipe and will not kill your engine... That usually comes from lack of maintenance, improper jetting...etc etc The CPI's or Rockets will kill the T5's and in my opinion sounds more like you are after something that rocks in the dunes and yet is trail ridable..
  15. You wont want Drag porting for trail / dune riding..... Sound like you need to figure out what you really want. I can assure you that a 4 mil drag ported shee with shearers is NOT going to be very trail friendly machine.
