Word, If he can make the bottom end trail friendly(ish), and keep my top, im sending the cylinders to him ASAP. Like said, if it is big wide open high speed trails, you MAY be ok with the cub, but i think the stock cylinder would be the way to go. My bike pretty much blows on tight winding trail situations in the sand. the dirt would be even worse. You go from nothing to spinning the shit out of the tires squirrley in about .0002 seconds.

I threw my stockers in the horizontal mill and cut new grooves in them. Cost 0$ You could grind them to go the low tech way. Dont even think about sitting on my bike with bare feet. LOL Double wide would be nice though.

Ricky stator blows. Have had them go out multiple times. Sure they replace it, but is it worth ruining a trip over? I will tell you this if you buy a ricky stator, dont leave home without your stock unit in the truck or you will be sitting in camp picking your ass with nothing to ride. Guaranteed. I can remember the way it was before the current fencing bullshit went in. I was just a kid but it was amazing. You guys have no idea what a great place it was. It basically sucks now. You can go drag race on the flats in the back which is what most of the guys in this thread enjoy, so that is cool. But for general duning, it blows. Envirofag tree huggers have destroyed the place. Very true, but how many people have access to an EDM machine? Plus if you have to pay somebody to do it, not going to be cost effective on a stock carb. Something of value however and it is a good thing to have.

I agree with jharader. In wide open big dunes, i love my cub. In tight winding trails like some of the stuff in oregon, not so much love. LOL I would be thinking 421 or bigger powervalve cheetah instead of cub if you are wanting the extra bottom end.

Was he running the tap dry? You should always use cutting oil or at least some wd-40 when tapping. turn tap in 1 turn back out 1/2 turn until all the way in. Most of the time a broken tap is operator error. sorry man.

Full 3/4" drive snap on socket set with several extensions 2 ratchet adaptors and extension handle and steel case shipped to my house for 500 bucks. Used but in great shape. Had 2 sockets with chipped chrome and my dealer swapped them out for me. Set goes for $2400 on the truck UPS guy was saying bad things about my mother on that one. It must weight close to 100lbs.

Hmmm damn, I have always liked that bike. Where were all these kick ass bikes for sale before i dumped an ass load of money into building my bike. LOL That seems to be a good price for what is all there. Somebody better grab it up.
