What about the smaller cheetah PV motors. Most specifically the 421. Can it be bolted on and run or does it need some reworking?

Umm in my first post i stated that the first 2 sprockets were primary drive, then the JT. Yep thats 4 sprockets in 6 days on 2 bikes. I have an idea, I want to test it out before I mouth off, but i think i may be on to something.

i have em on front and back, They look bitchin, and help prevent dings when you hit the rocks. They are kind of heavy, but worth it for how i use it. the other thing is those rings are fuckin sharp. Be carefull when changing tires and airing up. They dont debur them and they will cut your ass.

What kind of trans is in that? Looks like a VW swingaxle. Did you put a 5 speed conversion in it?

Both bikes running 520. Cub had EK x ring , bolt on bike had direct drive 520. I need to get pics up, its wild.

Go to your local electrical supply store or check on ebay and get some large heat shrink tubing. I dont know which axle you have so i dont know the size, but im guessing around 1.5 inch to 2 inch should work. Remove the wheel hubs, slide the heat shrink on and shrink it down. Works great looks good and lasts really well. If you need to remove the axle, just take a razor blade and cut one side off and then put a new piece on when reinstalling. I have done this on several bikes.

I agree, however, i have seen some pretty shitty judging. i would have bet anything they would give the fight to hamill when he fought that cocky dickweed bisping.

Hey guys, i was just hoping somebody had had the same problems. I am baffled. Let me recap what i put in the first post. The alignment of both bikes is spot on I checked it with a straight edge on each bike. One bike does have the shitty stock arm and carrier, but all bearings are new. My cub has a round housing carrier. i just dont have a clue here. Everything checks out, but something is wrong. When i adjust my chain, i have somebody sit on it to get it at its tightest point in the travel then adjust so it just has a little play, not tight, but not to sloppy. this is the way ive always done all my bikes. Never had a problem. If this is wrong, let me know i'll try something else.

What condition are the filters in? Do you take paypal?

I agree with you in that i was surprised they gave it to forrest. If figured for sure they would raise rampages hand and piss me off. I think forrest did outfight him and he deserved to win. It shouldn't matter if it is a title fight or not. They should judge the same and the winner should win period. That decision actually renewed my faith in their judging a bit. Ive seen some questionable decisions in some recent fights (bisping hamill) I am glad forrest won and i think he deserved it.

Do not do it that way. That method will in fact work to kill the bike, but according to info on this site, that method of grounding the coil is hard on CDI's Do it the proper way and tie in to the black white kill wire designed to shut the bike off.

Yeah, i hear you, i used to replace in sets too, but no way in hell i was going to replace a 100 dollar chain that had 6 days of riding on it and looked perfect. Front sprocket looks new too. Im baffled. Like i said, if it was 1 bike doing it I would be thinking something is wack with the bike, but both bikes, and 1 is about 1/2 the horsepower of the other.

For your application, I cant see any reason to not run stock. Its us stupid duner guys that like to see at night that need the high output ones. LOL Id gladly pay 259 if it lasts and works. Ive had to change to rickyshittystators in the field now and it does not make me smile
