  4. get the fuck out jk, welcome bro
  5. so do you think that the extra 15 degrees C is going to make enough of a difference or should i through in some 260s
  6. LOL same shit, thanks kaos
  7. okay so it was 10 degrees celcius today, i will be riding about 25 degrees celcius which i dont know what is in F* degrees, T-5s, Foam filter kit, 4000 feet, 250s and midle clip needle, lid off btw i think they are close its really dark in one spot and somewhat dark in the other half, i am think that with an extra 15 degrees celcius it will be a bit righer correct, so from 58 degrees F to 76 degrees F is that going to make much of a differnece? if they look to lean ill through in some 260s sorry if the pics are bad, its hard to get them that close
  8. well the only think i could think of is it pre-ignition, before i seen where it said "then i pulled the plug wires off" i thought it was electrical, but that led me to this, your could be running such high compression and temp , and to low octane of gas, what your compression and what octane you use, if your compression is too high and your octane isnt high enough it will ignite the gas bofore the spark actually does, like a deisel, using high compression and heat to ignite the gas
  9. yes i would insist on you getting jets from a motorcycle store, and use the stock needle, go from there, and take the snorkal off, leave the lid on for small puddles but when you come to a big puddle pop the snorkal on, take it off after puddle
  10. yes you can check if the clutch grab is adjusted right just by looking over the left top side of the case where the arm that gets pulled by the clutch cable is, there is a little point on the arm and it faces toward the back of the bike, and there is a point on the case that faces toward the front of the bike, you have to make sure that they line up before it actually activates the clutch, if thats a go then check your oil level, if its to high it builds up preasure and can cuase it do pull abit
  11. okay first off, go to rockymountainatv.com get the motion pro tors kit, has everything you need and instructions, get a clamp on style filter, clean your carbs theroughly, take out the pilot jets and spray them out good, put new gas in it if it isnt alreay new and check the color of your plugs, also wont hurt to get a compression tester

  16. mod wise i would say somewhere around 330 for mains, give or take some, i am not to good with port work jetting and low elevation, and deffinatly 27.5 or 30 pilots, thats my close estimate
  17. well, so tempting lol 20 shipped is nice, but on a side note, I AM CANADIAN lol good luck chase thats cheap
  18. very nice man, keep it up dude your doing awesome sweeeeeet grill
  19. honestly you can, but its stupid to do, you need to drill and tap them, its not hard im 14 and got it done, just took my time
  20. if i raise the needle another notch (lower it again) then it would be on the 1st clip and i dont like that, not to mention its lean enough with the 250s right now as it is (weather wise) it seemed to not be so fussy when i had the air screws out 1 turn rather then 2 1/2 turns, so does anyone think i need a 27.5 pilot? if not how you do adjust floats? please help guys i want to ride bad and its finally completed and im sick of working on it LOL
  21. 3600 ft above sea level i added the tors on so they were cleaned then and they havnt been through any dirt nothing like that the cross over tube on the intake? i know the choke tube it on and i know there isnt any cracks in the cross over tube etc its all great shape thanks and sorry bout not mentioning the elevation, im just getting a little mad i want it to run good and it super anoying
