Leakdown done no leaks and caps are oem new and i have even swapped the entire coil setup off another bike and no luck. Maybe i got a bad cdi right out the box
Not jetting guys, it does it at every rpm when a load is on it. In nutreal it revs as it should. It had a ricky stator and i replaced it with oem. I replaced coil, wires and cdi from dyna, caps are oem. But i have swapped all these parts from my other bike that runs and no change. Only part i could not swap was the cdi cuz this bike is the newer plug and my other are not. Also air leak test was perfect.
My bike started cutting up or breaking up about a month ago. I was pretty sure its electrical so i have replaced coil, wires, caps, stator, cdi, flywheel, compression is good and its still doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I tried cpi and shearers on my serval and I picked the shearers hands down for my riding. I dont trail ride and the shearers pull harder up top, I would love to try some snipers though.

I have 165 psi and timing set at 5. Pretty sure 89 octane is not gona cut it. Im at sea level. I got it running pretty good today. 50 pilot and 170 mains, still a tad rich, gona play with it some more tomorrow.
I just finished a new motor and wondering what jets and timing what be a good starting point.

Im putting my banshee back togather and need input on which pipes. mods are
4mill, stock cylinders dune port, 19cc domes, 35 pwk's, vforce4, +4 timing. I mostly use it for 300-500 races as a play bike. Im looking at either cpi or shearer inframes.
ok, so whats the best head, cool or the noss head, i was told i dont have to change the head bolts on the noss head. i run pump gas also so what dome size. they feel faster but just dont hang when i drag them down the road.
I picked up a couple banshees and one has fmf sst pipes jetted and the other has t-5 pipes both have 2n1 k&n filter. i have a hrc 450 and a kfx 450 and they both pull on my banshees, i know they arent really modded with just pipes but whats the most simple and reliable mod to do to them to get them on par with my 450s. my trx isnt much faster but does pull them a tad. thanks im new to the banshee but already loving them.
