  1. Test cap to cap , your not testing it correctly
  2. Make sure u ohm the caps .3.5-7.5 kohm is where I usually see them if caps are good
  3. If your tester is good enouph to ohm stator it should work on coil, if your getting a bouncing reading in the caps take caps off and test rite to wires

  5. Consider yourself lucky ry, I just got in a $3500 shee . A guy just bought it and couldn't get it to run as soon as he got it home. Had 85lbs of compression no wristspin clips, all stock internals beat to shit, every bushing n bearing junk but the guy said fresh rebuild so he bought . Oh and it had a pc frame

  8. I know exactly what your talking about j . It's good for a reference but any form of drag you need to read plugs on the fly and jet for your distance and load . I'm not savy with dynoes is this brake dyno your testing on

  17. I had a customers 1-5 do something similar and everything looked good fork wise, after inspection I narrowed it down to drum work or back its in sliders uneven . I massaged drum and fixed back its at same time and it cleared issue up so I'm not 100% positive which was the culprit
  18. I always use stock springs for s more positive feel, even on pro mods used in rough terrain
  19. Who cut your trans? The neutral down option can be accomplished a few ways . If not done correctly you could experience a false neutral . Or you could have damaged a fork but IMO a fork issue can effect 2 gears

  21. You don't need a dyno to dial it in , the dyno reference was merely a visual on rpm to useable power/tq. I would ohm out entire electrical system then leakdown then chop it at 168 and adjust

  23. If you look at dyno sheets in the dyno section check out where they start making torque n power
  24. I would chop it at 168 , get the main dialed in then play with different type needles for desired bottom end , I've done many set up like that and the lag you speak of was none existant. The most common issues I see in most banshee guys is they smack throttle expecting a four stroke response
