  2. Shes all good again.... Thats what happens when you run a topend for 10 years without changing.... Oops.....
  3. I was busy warming up before a race when this happened.... Happy it did not happen at wot [emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85]
  4. Bending the little tube would of sorted that problem i guess.... Loads of ktm rides have the same problem mostly fuel splashing around the bowl and running out so they block it off but dont wane do that... Just happy its working now..
  5. So i set the floats again today bent the little pipe upwards and shes not leaking.... Lets hope it stays like that.
  6. I was reading that because the carb is sitting with a slight angle on the single intake, blokes are bending the tip of the copper tube a bit upwards to counter the angle. Any comments on that.. I dont wane block it off all he way like some riders scared of flooding the bike like crazy...
  7. Al of that is brand new im still on my first tank of fuel with the new parts....
  8. Just to clarify... Even when she is off the petrol runs so it cant be the vent tubes.... Is there anything else that can go wrong that will make the fuel run out..
  9. Brand new keihin 35mm carb... The problem i have is if shes running all is good but as soon as i stop and just idles fuel starts poring out of the overflow pipe. I did set the float lever... I even went a bit to much so she starves on topend but the fuel still comes out when she stops.... Any help please could it be the vent pipes...
  10. The left exhaust where the 2 joins together, there is a bit of a leak there...
  11. All is sealed... Doing compression test next week just waiting for my pressure tester to me fixed... There is no bogging or hesitation through the throttle range.... Plugs look good 2.... 3 kicks after she was assembled.... Really happy with how she runs... Did a gps speed test and get 120km/h on stock sprockets and 22's at the rear....
