I just put mud sharks on my bike. I got them brand new for $70 bucks for the both, so figured i try them out. so far they hook up pretty dam good!

well, I know people take 250x and 300ex frames and put 350x motors in them. maybe someone used a suzuki frame with a 300ex or 250x motor. its could also be an old XR or XL engine maybe?? It's not a 350x motor i can tell you that.

dam, this is the first bad thing I've read about CPI's?? I bought a used set for my bike and they fit fine, perform awesome, and look great!

any banshee in good shape that runs good is worth at least 2 grand, doesn't matter where you live.

I couldn't take the pain killers because they F'd my stomach up. I just stayed drunk 24/7 for like 3 days after. i didn't hear anything about not drinking beer, thats all i was drinking. I made sure i kept the holes clean and washed my mouth with salt water. i was good to go after and few day. :biggrin:

you can love and hate this site. when i got on here my bike was a pretty much stock other than pipes and 4 mill with a spacer plate and it ran like shit! Now its got a 4mill with HJR ported jugs, 35pwk's, pod filters, CPI's, boss intakes, reeds, timing plate, +4 swinger and the lists goes on and on! I'm stuck with no money and a credit card bill, WTF! I still love this site and I'm not even done yet!

A well tuned 2 stroke can make almost twice the power of a 4 stroke. they do the same amount work in 2 cycles vs a 4 stroke which takes 4 cycles. with today technology 4 stroke are catching up quick, the banshee is 70s technology!

well, i just came back from Puerto Rico and wow. i never saw so many banshee in my life. it seemed like every corner i turned their was a banshee sitting there or ripping around or in the back of a truck. made me miss mine bad! I guess where ever theirs sand, their will be banshee's.

i would look for an older YZ250F. the earlier four strokes had a more friendly all around power band, so they were good for trails too! those things also run for ever if taken care of correctly. lowering kits are easy to come by now, but they hurt the handling a bit. as for anyone saying the 2 strokes are just as good as the 4 strokes. explain to me why they don't let the 250 2 strokes in the 450 class anymore. they race with the 250F's now and they're still getting whooped! I'm all about banshee, but when it comes to bike theirs no knocking a thumper anymore. My 04 CRF450 is better than any of my buddies newer 2 strokes hands down.

Kevin Herrs dune port, 35 pwks, pods, CPI inframes, timing plate, boss intakes and some other things. I haven't even changed the heads out yet. right now i only have 135psi of comp. I had a new head cut to make 170psi then I'm gonna rejet and see how it is. Right now its running pretty fat. I think i can easily say out of the 15-20 quads that ride with us, mine is hands down the fastest. that raptor has beaten pretty much everyone to this point. Their is one other banshee that the kid claims it makes 80hp and was build by east coast atv i think. its a stock stroke with stock style jugs, so i kinda don't believe it. Him and the raptor never race, but i guess he's next on my list.

Well, My buddy has a mild 700 raptor and hes been talking some smack for a while now. he's beat all my friends 450s and one other banshee. He was getting a pretty big head their, but it ended today. we we're all sitting around working on a car and the shit talk started between friends. some how i got brought into it and had to end it. I went pick up my banshee and met them at his house. We race three times and it was a joke all three times, I was letting off in 4th gear. I couldn't believe how fast my bike is. Once again props to Kevin Herr this thing is BAD! BTW thats the first time I've launched my bike and ripped it threw the gears.

you could wash the rings out if its way bad, but that would be the worst case.

2007 GSXR 750 bike is all stock motor wise. its got smoked integrated tail lights and bar weights to give it a smoother ride. 5600 miles on it never been downed. I'm selling because i don't ride it anymore and I have to many toys. $8000 I'm in Doylestown PA 215-285-7312
