I must be the minority. I hate fancy painted fiber glass fenders in general. I don't even like how my plain Jane bike came out so what do I know.

I have a list I made for my recent frame up build. It's a bit over board compared to your needs but it may give you an idea. I can email it to you. I just did it to total up my build for theft insurance value.
If you look up the page, I posted a picture of the clutch cover area all together and ready to ride. The screws seal the holes. The outside insert is optional like it always is but I run one as pictured.
You just have to grind the nubs off on the inside. There's three. The screws hold on the cosmetic cover. It's very easy with a Dremel. It's soft aluminum.

How do you mod the clutch lever and still retain the proper throw? I'm always afraid I wouldn't have enough throw on an ez pull lever. I have an asv lever and I would not mind it easier. I guess I could put 6 stock springs in it considering my slingshot has all the balls in it you can put.
