  1. In for videos
  2. Trails? Stock. I got a plus 6 and it freaking Sucks for anything except keeping the front down. I'm going back stock length ASAP.
  3. I can sit all the way back and it just spin unless I pull up hard on the bars. Im going shorter. Plus handling Sucks
  4. Nice try! I think I'll enjoy it more once I get rid of the +6 on it.
  5. Unless he is riding sand, I wouldn't do a 10mil. I'd stick with a 4mil serval or 4mil driveline.
  6. Meanwhile, I'm going ride my 521 this Saturday with some doo doo elkas and crap fireball racing lt arms plus a turbo chassis swing arm and it's gonna be a good time as usual. But good luck. I'm still waiting for dyno charts on that 521...
  7. Keep the stock ignition
  8. I went browse the dyno section to see some charts of some cheetahs. There a lack of dyno graphs. I wanted to compare to my serval
  9. My promod was done by redline. It works fine but I'd never compared to "almost like an override". I do have to let off a decent to shift when the rpms are up but that's due to my slingshot. It works as I should.
  10. I freaking hate that type of music. And in general, I don't care for music in bike videos. I can mute it and add my own if I want that.
  11. That's exactly what I want.
  12. PV cheetah cylinders have been out a good bit longer than Servals. So why haven't someone built a better trail engine with a PV cheetah than a serval? I'm not disagreeing with you. I'd love to see it.
  13. I would like to trade my turbo chassis +6 round carrier style swing arm for your stock length round style swing arm. Mine is powder coated oil rubbed bronze. I am looking for a turbo chassis, fireball racing brand swing arm or the same quality.. It must be round carrier type so it will work with my bike. The color must be powder coated black in good shape or you add $75 on your end. You ship me your swing arm then i ship you mine. The box you ship in must be big enough to fit my +6. This way i can ship it sooner rather than later finding a box. Hour meter says the swing arm has 11 hours on it. Was bought new directly from Turbo Chassis off of facebook.
  14. Mine also do that on tight trails and top end. BBIF shearers and 39s I'd love to know from a person who has ridden both our engine types and say which has more bottom and mid.
  15. I don't see the big deal for a little more power on bottom end which to me is before the power band hits for a big serval. My 521 serval will tractor up stuff easy and that's on low compression with pump gas. However, mine wasn't built for tight trails which IMO this is way way too much motor for.
  16. Sob gold and black looks sick. What color powder coat that is? That looks like it would match my seat cover
  17. How many hours on the engine is each trip? Is it mostly WOT riding?
  18. windows movie maker. Unless you want to d/l programs illegally and spend lots of time learning, then you can do other programs. Youll have to learn that on your own.
  19. You only need a lockup if you can't stand arm pump with a hard clutch lever. Get some seat time and see for yourself. Lockups suck under wot shifting as if you are racing so I'd avoid it if possible. We've been over this. It seems you will keep asking until enough people tell you that you need a lockup. Stock carbs are fine. Port it now and save money! I always read the smaller the carb, the better throttle response. Either way, stock carbs will work fine.
  20. Your builder should be able to answer your questions than any of us. If not, time for a new one.
  21. Enjoy the engine as is, then build a bigger one. Once you start to make enough hp, traction because harder to to obtain. You may end up needed a lockup if you dont like a heavy clutch pull. With a lockup, you may not be able to shit WOT easy meaning you need to let off. There's pros and cons to going with a high hp engine. There's also fuel choice. You can only make so much power on pump gas on a certain size, then there's race fuel, then alky.
  22. Yes. Instead of trying to getting a few hp out of stock cylinders, i went with a different set up. Cost vs gain wasnt worth it for higher compression, a little more timing etc. Now days, a simple 4mil drive line set up would be enough for me and far cheaper for what i do.
  23. Id like to know why do you want more hp? Seems like a very fun bike as is.
