Thanks i went ahead and did that. I'm sorry for the confusion. I didnt know theres two pieces of plastic that come out in the cap. So if you drill the hole bigger, you would not run into anything. I picked up the cap and the other piece fell off. I also got stopped today by the new cop living in our neighbor hood when i went test run it putt putting. Good times.

So I can put the check balls back and cover too?

I don't have problems. Just trying to avoid one. I haven't and dont plan to do a long pull but I want insurance. So, it's drill all the way making a new hole out the inside. Thanks.

Do you drill the hole on top strait through or stop when you hit the shoulder down there? I already took out the 3 screws, two ball bearings and the plate that holds it in. I just got a brand new oem cap. I forgot how to do this. I'm getting rid of my aluminum cap.

With grease, lube or trans fluid, does the gasket still stay stuck sometimes when you remove it in the distant future?

I gotcha. I just let it drain. The plug will be out for two weeks by the time i get to it. Looks like ill just put the plug in and ride. I'm thinking too far into this.

wait wait wait. With diesel? I used the wrong oil and im going to hondra brand since that's what my bike shop sells. I didnt know it's best to clean it out with diesel.

My turbo chassis arm only has 2 bolts. And the new one im ordered from him probably is the same.

Same here. I wouldnt mind an analog tach since all the digital ones like the vapor are crap. I could get a guy in my shop to machine me a clean looking mount for the tach and a TTO inline temp gauge i want. Edit: I talked to the guy and he will make a holder for the gauge if i want. He's done many for some custom choppers. I also thought about a 2 1/8 or 2 5/8 water temp gauge instead of the TTO. Edit2: Wouldnt a tach that works with a 4 cylinder car(obviously 4 stroke) work with a banshee? The inline fours like a honda are firing every other time(1 and 4 are at top and 2 and 3 are at the bottom). Our banshees are firing every time on both cylinders.

proof that redline was porting servals and not losing bottom end and your 10S motor sold me on going with redline. Oh well, i hear macdaddy builds a mean 10ss.

Id always chose to show results if the builder agreed. I'm all about helping the community(I wouldnt of been able to finish my build without the forums help without buying things 2 and 3 times over).Id leave showing the results up to the builder, it's not like i understand these engines enough. I researched servals a lot before laying down money. There was only info on 421 servals and just griff's 10 non ss. But on the topic of believing your builder saying a certain set of pipes do this or that......if you cant trust the person doing your engine's word, you shouldnt go with them. I went shearer over sniper for my build off his word. No regrets.

Id have to try it before even thinking about saving for that. Going to a stock length arm in 2-3 weeks, it's going to be rough putting the power down.

My graph was posted. First ported 10ss he did. Now others know what it made. More were sold after seeing that. Guess we should of hid my results as well.
