the far bottom left pic and top right pic. mostly the bottom left pic looks bent to me. Maybe not, but I see it looks like it is. But in the 2 pictures its flipped 2 different ways and bent in the same direction, so it might be an illusion.

as long as you did a good prep scuff and cleaned it really well with no trace of dirt/grease, it should be fine. I put 2 layers of clear over mine too so if it scratches, the clear gets it, and if its not deep, it can buff out. Even the underside that get pelted with stone n mud stayes good, after wash n all that.

wow 380-390 is pretty damn big. thats what I was going to use with a 30mm and pods. and 30 pilot seems big too. Id run a 27.5 where Im at, but thats my opinion. I get my jets for jet r us or local shop for ike 2-2.50 ea or somethin like that.

was lookin through the dirt wheels at the grocery store today and seen alot of banshees in there this month. (may issue) and the banshee was one of the recommended quads to buy on a budget for the buck, standing the test of time it is still one of the best performers still able to out perform most new quads out there today.

Also I dont know if your guy did it or not, but usually you have to give em a bath to wash out hone jism in hot soapy water. re lube immidiatly!! then make sure your rods play is good (within spec). Then make sure you wrist pin bearings are iight. Then check your piston to cyl clearances. Altough you have a good builder, your retarded if you dont check this because in rare cases,... it wrong. HUmans make mistakes sometimes. Then you need to check the piston ring gap. Put it square in the cylinder about an inch down all the way around (square) and stick yer feeler gauge in there with all 4 in both cyls to see they are within spec. this may not haven even been checked. if you want to check squish/head clearance,. you can stick a pc of solder in there, bolt the head down and turn it a little so the piston doesnt travel enough to scissor that between a port and piston or fall out all together,. then pull the head and measure how much you have with calipers since it will smash it to the gapped size.... and stuff....

the studs have a tensile strenght of 180,000 which is great, but if you put one on and I hit it with a 1lb hammer I bet I bent the fuck out of it. I have good spacers on my banshee +3 arms and a +4 axle. My front end is 52" when I sit on it and 50 in the rear. I dont have to worry about it breaking. I got a yfz 450 with all 4 wheels having +2 screw on studs and even though I havent bent them yet and already took them off the rear for the gayness factor, Im putting all non spacer extensions on it. They look retarded. By the time you sell off a rear axle, and pay $75 for shipping billet spacers, you almost have enough for a brand new shiny chrome g force, or just enough for a used one. Same with the front. Thats just the way I see it. :geek:

In that pictue I was between maybe 217-220. Since then Ive dropped to 202-205ish. Alot leaner, but a tad smaller too. First of all, Id give it to holeshot becuase they think of all these designs before razr copies it into their own slightly altered version. They are both 6 ply. The thing I like more about the holeshot is its slightly lighter, has a softer rubber compund for a wrap around traction, and tall knobs give it good traction in looser terrain. Down is they arent a great hookup on hardpack, or asphalt. The razrs always have a harder compound making them last a little longer, but heavier, and stiffer. So they are prob a little less prone to puncture and wear. Holeshot didnt take wear into consideration when it came to performance first, besides, wear isnt to much of an issue in gncc as it is rec riding.

my pipes have 0 bluing or any discoloration fo rthat matter right up to the port.

for this, banshee with stock suspension no good. go with aftermarket grasshopper.
