Chrome TR6s and Toomey brushed aluminum Silencers a little polishing and they will shine like new. I will polish them before I send them out for a set of PT MIDS. If they are chrome I might be able to throw in some cash. Let me know what you have. Im only intrested in PT Mids.

Are you looking to trade those PT Mids for Chrome TR6s?

3GG-025101 Is a 91. Thats the best I can do for you. -
91 some places 93-94. Thats the standered for most places. Some gas stations sell standered 87-93 and high octane at the pump it depends on where you go.

Yeah 110 in each cylinder isent gonna kill you but its not the strongest running bike you could have. You could get away with riding it for a little bit I cant really say how long but a new top end would be a good idea. If you dont have the money for new pistons get the ones you have reringed and get your cyls honed. If your cylinder walls are a little scratched up and a hone will do ther is no reason to bore it to the next size. Are you ported yet? What setup are you running?

Have a good day and night. Dont do anything I wouldnt do  HAPPY BIRTHDAY

This is by far the cheapest Ive ever seen for port jobs. Hes reputable too. Check it out. Stop drinking beer and whatever else you do for a month and save for a killer port job. I know colege is fun as hell. I never technicaly went to a university but I and a few of my buddies used to just walk up on colege partys and they were all good with bangin ass chicks. Them colege hunnys man ewwwwwwweeee http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73437

Dmn at first I though that was the Lonestar outlaw banshee chassie. I was ready to paypal you. I really dont need another project or Ide be all over this.

Plus the single carb will help that bottom pop if one cylinder misses witch happens with the dual carbs it will like smooth it out. More bottom and if your running stock carbs it will let you have the same top you have.
-
Im going to be running the single carb setup PT Mids and a 4mil agressive low end XC/Woods port. It does help lowend and its a good Idea if your going to be doing XC. You can get a complete setup on Ebay for like 200-250 used.

You know I thought about it I just dident want my Banshee to be loud and noisy

bR8ES is what they recomend on 90 and up Banshees last time I went to the yamaha Dealer B8ES for earlyer modles. That rite there is yet another reason Yamaha dealers are retarded. They are the same plug but the R is the resistor plug and it doesnt give as good of a spark and unless your running a Radio on your Banshee you dont need it. B8ES is what I recomend.

Thats gonna cost you a whole lot more than 100 bucks. Ide stick with the Milled head and timing plate and see how you like that. With that added preformance and more riding time you will be able to tell what type of port you want and how fast you want to go and of course how much money you want to spend.

Hell yeah, Ive always been a fan of the metallic and Candy colored PC. The way they mix with chrome really makes them stand out and the color combo your talking about would really pop in a cool way. If it were me and I had the money to go for looks I would stick with some PCed suspention with Chrome nuts and blue and green spray painted acorn nuts on the head. Im not sure how good PCed nuts would hold up to 20lbs of torque. I have some really wild ideas but Im not too sure how they would hold up as far as my wallet is concerned.

Damn, thats some good prices. Thats whats up.

hahaha I had to laugh at myself. I played the 1st one and it was course number 7 or 8 with the barrel at the begining I kind of yelled GODDAMN PEICE OF SHIT HONDA like I was actualy riding it. Im moving on to the next one. Good find man

Yeah, the 4mil crank with long rods do all of that and improve ring seal at higher RPMs. You say your ride MX and Coal pits it wouldent be a bad idea to get a lowend port when your ready to get mass power probably peaking at 9000rpms with the stroker kit.

Ive never had expirence with the YFZ shocks on a Banshee. I rode a YFZ and they were pretty nice but its hard for me to compare for the 20 minutes I did ride it compared to the countless hours Ive spent riding other peoples bikes with Works shocks. The Works definatly do the trick over stock anyday but compared to the Elkas and Axis they are really stiff shocks. They are not as plush but it costs alot more for that and if your duning unless all you do is travle over rough whoops sections the Works should do the trick. The Elka e36s non adjust non rezzie are moderatly priced. I can get them cheaper than any Elka shock I have seen on the internet thats for sure. Ill probably be getting them for this season untill I can come up with the money for the Elite PB36CR Rider hight adj. shocks. But I ride hard trails.

:yelrotflmao: Ahhhhh thats good stuff CRESENT WRENCH- The wrench often grabbed in place of a missing socket or for those hard to reach bolts that you end up stripping making it that much harder to reach. use all tools listed above to get to that one bolt.

I hear you on the cold part. I got layed off and I woke up with this urge to ride. I started getting packed up to go up my place and I figured I would walk outside to see how the weather was. I walked out the front door turned around and said fuck that and climed back into bed. 30 degrees is alrite 20 is sketchy but 10 degrees and -2 windshield haha you would have to have some pretty big balls to brave that for more that 5 minutes.
-
Yeah I hear you, you know Ive never heard a builder recomend against getting your crank welded espically when your going to be kicking upwards of 170psi in each cylinder. He could be a good builder who doesnt know how to weld whatever the circumstances may be I seriously suguest taking that crank out and getting it welded and seeing if the ports arent raised too high to build a lower end Banshee. I just want dude to see he still has options and the only good mechanic is a mechanic who stands by his work.
-
Alrite I asked and forgot to get the psi specs cause he told me you pretty much have to run beadlocks all around for those walmart balls to mount properly and thats a couple hundred bucks I dont have rite now. Im not sure if you have the beadlocks but if you do and you want the specs Ill call back just let me know.

Mike alot of builders do know how to port bikes. But there are diffrences in building a top end dag bike and a low end Banshee. It can be done. My builder told me he will build me a 4mil stroke that runs like a 4 stroke but is still a Banshee. Thats the type of port I want. You either have to be really detailed with your builder or your builder has to know how you ride or he could just end up giving you a faster "woods port Banshee" without considering what you actualy do. There are so many ways to port a 2 stroke. Here is the scoop. Good write up by a guy who rides very close to me and Knows my builder. "on two strokes having the proper port height is the most important thing. A motor that has the roof of the exhaust and transfer ports raised a lot will be a top end only motor. Because that raises the duration, kind of like a bigger cam on a fourstroke. On a four stroke all you have to worry about when porting is trying to get as much flow as possible while still getting good velocity. On a two stroke you need to do that plus keep your port timing(or duration) in the right place for the intended rpm range desired". You still might have a chance to get it ported for more bottom end if the ports werent raised to high. That is what a low end woods port is all about. Im not knocking your builder for all I know he could be a great builder. Mabey you dident fully explain the exact type of port you wanted. There are still many ways to liven up your bottom Advance the timing mabey more than +4 but you ave to keep an eye on your motor if you do that and full race fuel is recomended that will help too. Rejet that might be it. Talk to your builder about that. A 2:1 Pipe will surley help or a set of PT mids. That will help you out the most. You have to think what is the best mod for lowend you can do on a stock bike. Pipes. Gearing down sometimes can cause more problems than help. Just weigh your options and talk to your builder again. If you do pull your motor apart again I highly sugust getting your crank tued and welded. Just look at it as added insurance that could save you 1000 dollars in the future. Think of all of that added compression on a stock crank that was only built to handle so much.

I dont think they announced a lineup yet. I got in for free a few times by giving the guy that guards the gate 5 bucks. Almost free anyway. I always stash a pint of Whiskey in my drawers too I refuse to pay 7 dollars for a beer but it does get super hot and 3 dollars for a cup of water a few times is inevitable. Espically if you decide to get in the pits. It could be a great lineup this year. Alot of good bands came out with new albums for 06-07 but Im sure alot of nu metal gay will be there most. Ozzy and Black Label Society are sure to be there and they both play good live sets. BLS is touring rite now Im going to see them in march. Ive always liked the smaller venue shows bettert than arena shows.
