  1. no a-arms in stock arms cannot be replaced. what's a type?
  2. Doesn't have to be disconnected since you have it close already. Surely you know about the little arrow thing on the top of the cases? well if it's lined up with that, screw it in some to where it's a little outside of the arrow.
  3. hell ill take some fakies, for faky price of course. i break 'em too fast to buy real ones. post some pics i dont fee like asking if you have this or that
  4. I use klotz, buddies use 927. I've never had problems, or seen problems with either really. oh and from what i have seen 927 does alot more carbon building-uppage than klotz

    carbs.

I got a set, comes w/ pods and outerwears and stock intakes if you need them, reeds too if needed. Pm me and i'll get a price shipped.
  6. Is it a powerjet? if they're setup for alky it's gonna be hard to get 'em to run good with gas.
  7. Ya lookin for some pics please.
  8. LOOOOOOOOOOOL, hence the smilies
  9. Stock carbs? Need more like a 25 or 27.5 pilot where you're located. 35 is ridiculous
  10. I believe so, and the long rod uses the 795's.
  11. Hey deck, can you confirm that a stock head is .900"?
  12. Yes he's done a few from what I understand. 00tbanshee's is a drag port. I talked with Kevin about doin some porting exactly like you want and he said he had a few ideas for it. I'd trust him anyday with mine, he did a helluva job on my stockers.
  13. Yes you can use it, just make sure you get the correct pistons.
  14. Dang that's a freakin helluva deal for a complete bike.
  15. Have you been trying to tune this thing sitting in your driveway?
  16. Banshee's belong on the sand anyways, asphault is for pussies :ninja: :yelrotflmao:
  17. I have never noticed a different in compression from checking a motor cold to warm. Dono where everyone gets that from but everyone says it.
  18. meh not really. i'll let him speak though, he's got the dyno sheets we all just have real world experience. aftermarket reeds are aftermarket reeds imo. the cages can vary some. hp and torque numbers dont mean shit in teh real world if you can't ride it or your bike isn't setup properly. the best mods to start w/ on a banshee are usually pipes/air filter, and an adjustable timing plate (cuz they're cheap). Air in/Air out=mo power. For more bottom-end power bump your compression up with a coolhead or milling your stocker. Edit: nothin against snop, but the dyno bullshit gets old after awhile
  19. Lol its like ur tryin to decide if ur gettin married or not. I wouldnt go by what it looks like i'd go by what you need for your application. what's on your bike in the pic in ur sig?
  20. hotrods does a tack on the pin i believe but most would recommend it being welded.
  21. Right, so your compression doesn't play any part in it. 50psi is the same as 200psi load on the crank, dont weld it...
  22. And keep in mind changing your main jet size changes what your needle does as well.
  23. I'm no pro at teh needle chart, hopefully someone will chime in that knows what they're lookin at, or i'll study it some after work. As for going leaner, are you sure it needs that? Sometimes a spit and spudder can be caused by not enough fuel.
  24. It's not really a power thing. It's how much compression you have. No one has an exact answer for you, but i'd say once you get above 150-160, say when race gas is needed it's cheap insurance.
  25. yeah, it takes alot to get all the way to homeplate  jfwy :yelrotflmao:
