FedEx did great with my motor and swingarm. Got to Texas from Wyoming in 3 days i think, nothing wrong with it at all.
Alot of it is in the packaging as well, the crate the motor came in was solid.
Use the adjusters on the top to make sure they're opening at the same time and approximately the same amount.
you can do it by eye, or feel, or get one of Jeffs sync tools
Dang you should figure out the elevation, might be time for a rebuild if you need 16cc domes to get that kinda compression. The porting can sometimes effect it but that's alot lol
Possibly welded some fibers/steels together, welded some gears to the transmission rods, anything like that.
I have a spare tranny when you figure out what's up. Lmk i'll hook ya up.
Milling the stock head isnt exactly how you wanna go about it. It needs to be re-chambered properly by someone who knows what they're doing. You must be at high elevation to need 15cc chambers.
Hm, didn't know that many were goin that big with the 700 already. I've got a buddy gettin a 5mil 105 or 108 bore I believe. Guy who's building it built some very quick 660's though so this will be interesting to see what turns out.
