So the outside of the left wheels almost line up, but the outside of the right wheels are 2 1/2" off?

Haven't done any 2-1 carb jetting, but I know with dual 35's some bikes will run in the 155-160 range, and that's with 2, so I would think you'd need a little bigger main.

Get a rebuild kit for it, RM or cascade has 'em. Or if you can find a oring to fit it and the screw is ok that will work sometimes.

Do we need a new historical section for this?

I blew compressed air into random holes in teh system with all the bolts out, seemed to work good.

ya that means its leaking somewhere. it's revving b/c of the extra (high combustible) "fuel"

Lockout and cover are in 100% working condition. The lockout has one phillips screw in it as seen in the pic b/c that one was missing when i got it and that's what the hardware store had. It is loctited in and I checked all the other ones. The cover holds oil fine, just has some cosmetic blemishes. The Lexan cover is very cloudy, but they are only $25 in a kit from Direct-drive that also comes with a new oring and new pan-head screws for the cover. It was missing about 6 when I got it and they have all been replaced. The guy who had it before seemed to like silicone so there was a ton of it all over, so i worked on cleaning that off last night, and in the process scratched up the cover some. All of this is shown in the pics, and i'm trying to be 100% honest about the condition of it. I was going to sand and re-paint it, but decided to go a different route. This will come with everything needed, all screws, orings, and all waterpump stuff (has a stock propeller that is in great condition). I am asknig $275 shipped as is, or $300 shipped and I will sand all the silicone off and clean it up 100% and re-paint the outside black, or another color if you would like. Feel free to ask any questions. Here's some pics.

Soap and water for the outerwears, just hand wash em. Check your pick-up gap. buddys was doin the same thing and his gap had gotten too big somehow.
