It's mroe than just bolts and nuts, connectors, washers. i mean that's the basic stuff. now go outside that box by about a million miles...and they've got it.
If the carb slides are in wrong it wont run good at all. It'll just kinda bog when he tries to get into it, been there done that, it's really shitty until you figure it out.
Actually when you have to pull start one it means something electrical. If everything is not setup right or there is an issue you cannot get enough spark by just kicking it over.
not sure but if u find out i'm about 99% sure they'd have it, i gotta get a pic of this place. old timey hardware store, aisle and aisles of any bolt/nut/random ass combination you could think of.
There's a store by where i work that literally has any bolt needed, alot in chrome and stainless, lmk if u need any of them and i can run and pick 'em up sometime. just lmk the size and i'll see what i can get.
Very nice bike, if i wanted to start out w/ one this would be it for that price, in a heartbeat.
On a different note, dibs on the VF2's and Pipes if you part out
What's your pickup gap set at? Check to make sure your flywheel is good too. Have you tried to switch the plugs and see if it does it, or can you even tell which cylinder is misfiring?
Yeah it'll only flow out as much as what goes in. I'd be curious to try to connect the reserve and the main inlets, that'd be enough flow IMO, haven't looked at 'em very close though.
250 mains are small and 30 pilots seem way big.
I'd try more 25 or 27.5 and somewhere around a 320 at least with pods and pipes, not sure how the T3 pipes perform though.
