No problem, i need to get with you on that milled head too. Or i have a coolhead shell, pro design with studs that just needs domes. That way you could get them to whatever PSI you'd like to run.

Weird how they have so many problems. A good welder should be able to do it and not affect much of the surrounding area, I've wondered if a good braize woudl be strong enough. Do you have all your motor mounts on so the bike will rattle as little as possible?

Wtf are staggered carbs As for the above advice, I'd only take the needle advice. You have it on the fattest setting. You should be fine with a 25 pilot and those mods and maybe a 300 main, then work down from there.

Still after a rebuild, even with a port job it should be higher than that i woudl think. Mine was only 10-15 lower then what I thought it would be.

I'd say probably 65-70hp with the mods you have, not sure how it would react to the 2-1 carb setup though. Email kevin with any questions, he's great about answering anything i had.

Ya that's how it should be stock, but i've had to make mine line up a little outside of the arrow when you push on it. Does that make sense?

It says the head is shaved? It's shaved quite a bit, and if you just did a rebuild it should be alot higher then that.

Cubs are drag motors. W/ a 2-1 carb you're not wanting a drag bike. Send your stockers to Kevin. What kind of riding do you do? Use the search too, it has alot of info on this.
