  8. Jim's prices on pistons can't really be beat. He also has the NOSS heads and I don't see him having any problem shipping to Canada, just amke sure you tell him it's going there. Otherwise try FAST, m&m, really any of the site sponsors have good prices.
  9. I'd say you need to split the cases and clean it all up good, especially with the multitude of other things wrong in other threads. Just tear it down adn start over fresh. Buy a clymers, take a weekend and do it.

  11. id bet it ate 3/4 of a piston, or gouged like 34mm of the cylinder. why in the fuck would you keep kickin it over if it wouldn't go? that's like punching yourself in the face...you know it's gonna hurt and do some kind of damage

    Well I've never had too much trouble with 'em, just takes some hard cooperation. You want me to put the kit in it for you? I'd do that, just a thought.

  16. Probably not many b/c of how the electrical system is, and with no battery. You know how the lights dim when you stop? Well the fan would slow down (or stop...) too most likely.

  19. Cool, i'm not sure how much the pilots effect the 0-1/4 throttle on pwk's and what not, but I would think you'd need more like a 48-50 pilot. Are you running race gas or alky? Also, when it is running bad down low is it a sputter, or popping, or what?

  21. What are all your mods and all that. 160 sounds fairly high unless it's got alot done to it. And a 42 pilot sounds low, but that shouldn't effect the midrange much. What is a 6-slide?
  22. I'd say your biggest problem will be getting traction then, especially on hard pack. I've never ridden coal, but i think the guys that do on here all have stock swingarms, no matter what size the motor. Youre just going to have to find the middle point of getting traction, but not too much.

  25. Yeah, you're not going to notice as much difference after porting a cub, as you would with stock cylinders. Just for clarify something for you too, the cubs don't get bored, they just get re-nikasiled (99% sure on that)
