  1. I've got a set. The headpipes chrome is in ok condition but there is a hole on the inside of the stator side and an area where the chrome is messed up from having a dent pulled. I'm going to get the hole tig'd and fixed. The silencer tubes are in terrible condition so I was going to paint them black and I am polishing up the silencer ends. I got screwed on a deal when I bought them so just want to clean them up and sell them. I'm asking $325 shipped b/c there is nothing wrong with them performance-wise. I'll take some pics when i get 'em all cleaned up.
  2. I'd say around a 280 - 290 would be enough. Probably lower since it's stock port.
  3. I had to have a 114 or 120 for a +4 I believe, better check on that 1st lol, just in case.
  4. no, that what her ass is for
  5. PM me your paypal and i'll take the filters. Got $ burnin a whole in the account lol.
  6. Who wouldn't wanna do that :ermm:
  7. I always used 'em over, no problems really. Probably not running that high of compression with a stock head so I'd think you'd be ok.
  8. So the 126 chain will fit what size swinger? or do you know?
  9. Floats are set too high causing too much fuel to be let in or there is something blocking the float from seating correctly. Did you clean them before installing?
  10. I believe it should just unscrew, and then there is the e-clip that is on the other side of the shaft.
  11. Sent ya another PM
  12. I got a really good deal on an ASV and put it on the cub this past weekend. I was a little skeptical because for some reason there is no free play in the lever and the clutch arm in the cases. The clutch seems to let out in the last 1/3 of the release of the lever. I put probably 7-8 passes on it this weekend and it did fine. I'm gonna drain the oil and tear into it and put a pancake bearing in and do some re-adjustment, I was just wondering if you are SUPPOSE to have free play in the lever, and would the best way to do this be with the adjustment in the clutch, then adjust the handle accordingly?
  13. Probably not since you said you weren't a very good rider. That's 1/2 the story right there. They will help some but until you learn to ride the thing well you'll have trouble with 450's I'd bet, the LTR's are no joke.
  14. I sent ya an email back, looking for some specific info. what jets do they have, dump tubes, etc. thanks

  17. They make small flange big bore and small bore pipes, so that's not a good way to tell. I'm not actually sure how to tell, usually the big bores are bigger of course, but hwo much and where i'm not sure.
  18. Man that sucks bigtime, might try ebay but it's hard to get alot of money back on a build like this. If you have the time might try parting it out but that takes awhile and alot of work sometimes. If you do go the part-out route i'd be interested in the pipes.
  19. Dave, I need the 2 little collars that the bottom rear shock uses if you can.
