dont take it to a stealership. those guys are for the most part stupid asses. No 2 stroke has any cams or lifters. they use reeds and transfer ports to operate. lookup 2 stroke on wikipedia it will hel you get an idea of how they work.

have you recently changed anything to the motor? and it just start happening out of the blue? list your mods, and if you have a compression tester get a good static psi and post along with your elevation

what part of the motor is it coming from? how fast does it tick? does it soud like metal on metal? there needs to be alot more details other then it's clicking what is it?

hey Doc, I dont know who has told you that you have to prove that you are the rightful owner of the bike, the Corps cant make you prove anything. It's not a street ridin machine so they cant do anything about it. Until the police come to them and say that you have a suspected stolen bike, there is no reason they need that info. nope no issues. you just make sure there is grease on the bolts and sleeves when you put it on. the only part that needs grease is the bottom arm. the top stays dry
