you should be able to splie them at the switch. You have to ake sure you hve the ground on the correct side. the tether runs the circut open while its in, and when you pull the tether it should ground the circut making the motor die.

I dont even bother with orings any more, i use hi temp RTV and put a nice bead inside the pipe where the oring sits and another on the exhaust flanges near the ends of them. let both dry and put the pipes on.

no you dont really need one. It wont hurt to have one by any means but you should be fine running what you have

Yes it fits stock components. It's just another after market axle. I have yet to meet anyone that has ran a RPM axle and ever have ANY problems, they are SUPER strong. And they have a TRUE lifetime warranty, where as many of these other axles will deny your warranty if they see fit.

Cascade clamps are the best clamps to use on imframes IMO. Mine sealed better then any clamp I tried. And they look great

you need to adjust the clutch using the adjuster in the center of the pressure plate. Get a clymers and read how to do it. Or trying searching on here. It's been posted a few times I'm sure
