Not good news at all..Hopefully that is just a rumor..There is so much potential at Famoso its ridiculous.I went to the truck pulls last year and there were talking about quads racing in the fall..I guess time will tell.

Fairgrounds or at Famoso??Yeah it gets pretty hot around here for sure..but heading to Pismo from June 30th thru July 6th,so i don"t have to drop off trailer at storage the following weekend..Actually its been nice lately...100 during the day and 60(+/-) night time.

Is this gonna be held at the new track built at Famoso or held in Santa Maria?

I'm leaving Thursday (29th) till Monday (2nd)..gonna have about 10 bikes,1 sandrail,and 4 family's out there...should b fun.Weather is looking real good for riding.We have 3 toyhaulers out there and 1 Guy tenting it...so if anybody is out there you will b more than welcomed to stop by for a cold one(or 2)...ill try to post pics of camp site when I get there on Thursday night or Friday morning.Kinda hard to give exact location there n Dumont,but we usually park farther on the east side by the bowl...

Ive got Kevins dune/play port job and it rips.Very smooth power band.I have a set of 33pwks,timimg set at +4,shearer pipes,+4 swing arm,cool head with 19 domes running avgas...but like the previous member mentioned,I should have done a 4mil...like Kevin said to me "you will the fastest in your camp(all have 450's) but will get beat by anoher bike in the dunes"..thats when you willl wish you did the 4mil...

I don't know how you are coming into Glamis,but on I-8 in Yuma,Az the Love's Truckstop at m/m 3 has Sunoco 100 at the pump.Hope that helps out.

I live in the central valley(Bakersfield) and I can get sunoco 110 here at the local distributor but you do have to sign a affidavit saying you will only use it for racing purpose.Buttonwillow race track has it at the pump(cheaper),but there too you have to sign the affidavit...
