  5. you can powder coat any metal that can withstand temps of 450 degrees over a length of time without getting soft and loosing its shape. Most metals fall into this catagory

  15. the CDI has differance curves programed in it that allow for many differant types of riding. You can set it to curve 3 where it will advance the timing alot at lowend and as you gain rpms it will back the timing off. They also sell a programing kit that allows you to make your own curves. http://www.dynaonline.com/skins/products/atvs/fs/
  16. In "theory" the key should not have any problems with sharing off, due to the taper that Booker was talking about. However we all know these motors are not by any means an exact science and it's a simple fact that they do shear. If your objectve is to prove a point by all means have at it, but dont complain if the thing shears off when your 4 miles out stranded. Just like in "theory" boost bottles work. We all know they do not. Just becasue it hasnt sheared yet doesnt mean your in good for the long haul. I rode with a guy that had a lightened flywheel and swore it would never have issues. ran it for 2 years and one day the things exploded out in the iddle of no where in glamis while he wasn't riding hard. Am I saying it will break? No, but it is more likely then a stock full size woddruff.
  17. the pro desing and noss where the same thing, only differance was you have to change studs for the pro design and Noss you dont. I am currently getting my bike all back together so i havent got a chance to run my motor with the chariot head yet.
  18. Used Dyna Tek CDI for 1998-Current Model Plugs. Work Great, PERFECT condition! Like new. $200 shipped paypal [email protected]
  19. do a search and you will find more then enough info to decide. The differance in the two will not make a differance in power, its a logativity of your motor thing.
  20. holy shit reading this, was about as fun as a kick in the crotch by a cheap Thai hooker!
  21. isnt that something more commonly used in 4 stroke pistons?
  22. i dont really recall the cost of resleeving because i have never done it. You might call a few builders and ask them how much to gague the price
  23. thats a weisco 513 series piston and its 66.5 mm, you need to get rings for a 66.5 call pretty much any builder and tell them that and they will get you what you need. Remember to take a look at the cyliders and make sure they are fresh. If not you need to have them honed or bored depending on the shape of them. So assuming your good to go you just need to order rings for the piston you have
  24. holy hell 380's? and your lean? do a plug shop and post picts if you would
  25. it depends on your setup, what kind of riding your doing, and the rider weight.
