alot of ppl will say ditch the boost bottle.. but i had one on and it didnt hurt anything... it just doesnt help... if your running a reed spacer pull that thing out theres no advantage to it... they are used to make bigger carbs clear the clutch arm.. as far as spanking a 4stroke i dought it but beat it yea if you can ride well... it all depends if they can ride and what they have done ...

i found a streamline breakline on ebay 14 buck buyout 5 bucks shippig if anyone needs it... these sell 30bucks or more streamline

get a nice port job... deck your head and get adjustable timing plate and reeds theres many palces to go its all personal prefferance... jeff at F.A.S.T. , rocketboy on bhq, passion racing theres a ton of places..

im not worried about it i just put a pipe wrench to it and stomp on it , and use some red loctite use red its "permanent" you can bust it if need be using another pipe wrench

some say they do some say they dont... either way they are nice to switch the domes... whether you got cool head or deck your stocker run some redline water wetter and you wont have any heat related porblems

this is true.... the intake isnt smooth and polished becasue it helps the atomization process of the fuel... indeed.... ppl dont think about how much time builders put into making there motors run... they have damaged many motors before they become builders, anyone can grind with a dremel tool and charge you money but a builder has the tools to do it right and have customers not straglers paying for their service.. there is a reason builder have ppl coming back time after time. they have the experiance and the proper tools to do the job right...like rocketboy said "theres a big difference in going quicker and going really fast " if you want it done right send it to a builder... the tools cost well over 1200 bucks for the bits drills and motor to run those things... they arnt your everyday dremel tools...

take the starter off and there is a little screw on the side pull that and seperate the two peices.. there is a small ball bearing and a spring under that... make sure you dont lose them... clean the two sides and put some grease in there and youll be good..

my compression is 145 so i run 50/50... i got it ported but nothing crayz...33 pwk should be ok.. my 34s are already jetted for glamis but i wanted to do a bigger carbs and intake so im selling all my stuff...

for drag and hillshooting you should have been on duel carbs any how but... your pilot is WAY lean... you should have around a 52-55 pilot...and you should probly be running 50/50 race gas and 91 oct... i run 158 mains 55 pilots on 22 domes and run 50/50... you need to do a compression check and see what you got and that will tell you what gas to run...

you can come camp with us we got a nice group heading out on thursday... laid back none partiers... if your looing to drink and what not .. this isnt the group to be with we got kids and married folk with us... but other wise give me or polish a holler ...

polish had this on his bike and it looked clean so i did it to mine... use zipties and get some freeflow hose and cut small sections of it and rap it around the frame and run it threw the freeflow and around the wires and tie it up...holds it away from the pipes so they dont melt...

axcalibar dosent have a hole for a cotter pin... or at least mine dosent...
