the mp cables blow... polish had the steel braided and when they got hot the inside material came undone and cause his clutch top be hard as balls to pull... as far as the lever i only had it a fe month but its smooth has a little up and down play in it but not much.. its better then the stock i had for sure...

hey silence check your compression tester... i was thinking about it and your motor dosent have a stroker and you on a stock bore with 21 domes right? if so your tester might be off seems really high for that motor....

well i just got home from riding and im not going to look for your other post so im just going to wing it here and leave my respones.... from the way it sounds you where running rich and need to change jets? if so the jets are in the bottom of your carbs... take the silder out the tops and remove your fuel lines.. loosen the clamps and pull your carb... flip it over and the four screws on the bottom pull them off, fuel is going to dump out when you flip it so dont be in your house the main is the one that looks like a hexagon, the pilot is in a small hole right next to the main, you need a small flat head to get it out. and your needle is on your slide. to pull that compress the spring and slide your cable out of the small groove in the slide and it will come off the cable... get your phillips i think is what they are on stockers and turn it out and your needle will come out...

nope no gas ot there... your going to need to get another can... dont waste 30 bucks and get a vp can... go to walmart and get a gas can they are lke 9-12 buks... i have 25 gallons as well and like he said i think by sunday im going to be doing ALOT of nothing...

almost every aftermarket clutch perch you have to remove it any ways..

instead of doing a hide-a-key... eliminate your key all together... follow your key wires down to the plug... unplug it and the bottom half of the plug should have 2 wires... cut the plug off and splice the two wires together... get some liquid tape at walmart... and use that to seal the wires so no dirt water or anything gets in and it dosent short out on any metal... and your good...

21? hummm we looked online and 33-36 are 16mm. what carbs you have? my 34 PJ's are set at 16 and i just put my new 35 PWKs on tonight and set those to 16 as well...
