dajo correct me if im wrong, but a stock cylinder cant make it to 68mm and still have bore left? i think you can only go out .080 and thats a gernade waiting to blow... unless he had some work done to fit a new sleeve i dont think its a 421.. a 396 is more likely...

i miss read your post i thought you wanted the torque spec for the locknut, the hubs dont have specs i dont think... just run them up until your hubs dont wobble then go one more notch and pin it...

your probly going to lose a very small amount of power running 118 oct with 160 psi, it will run cooler but its going to be harder for your motor to ignite it. im sure you will be fine running it and the amount lost will be so small you wont really be able to tell but like i said your compression is more around 110...

you need a flywheel puller ($15) pull the wheel off... remove the screw holding the wires down... use a small socket (8mm i think) to take off the old plate... remove the stator abd mount it to the new adjustable plate. use the case halfs to set your timing... and tighten everything back down...

your going to be wasting alot more money if you try to run pump... and when it blows up remember i told you so... or if for some crayz reason you get huge dome so you can run pump your going to realize you wasted 1200 bucks...

a stock banshee calls for just regular 10w30 motor oil... im sure its the same stuff, only reason ppl run the 80 weight is when its hot you dont want it to think out so much that it runs right off your shits... you want it to still have some thinkness so you dont have so much metal on metal...

whats the point of getting a cub if your going to run 22 or bigger domes and try to run pump gas? you basically building a dragster but you want to putt around on it... a 68 bore with 18s or 19s your going to have well over 170psi no way your going to run pump gas... if your going to spend money on a cub and run bigger domes you might as well stay stock jugs and get you a agreesive dune or drag port...

check the stop things on your stem under where your pipes are at... they should hit the metal when turned all the way...

you wont need the oversized radiator... get your self a billet impeller and runs distilled water and redline water wetter and you will cool fine...thats 400 bucks you can put else where
