  3. so dont spend the money.... once the bank finds out it fake then they will take the money out...if im not mistaken you can have them check it before depositing it, you just have top tell them the story and they should be able to check it... how does the scam work? if its a fake that they are making then they are just getting your part for free and your paying them with western union?
  4. iwant to say it goes the nylon spacer, then the metal thing with the hook and the spring, then the part where the cable goes in, then the flat washer then the nut... i cant remember if im missing a part or if im 100% on the order but if i recall that should be it...
  5. them being out of sycn wont nessessarly make it run bad but it opens one side more then the other and the motor is only going to work as hard as the weakest link... in your cse being the cylinder thats not getting as much fule... so the other side is getting extra fuel and not burnig it properly.... not saying for sure this is your problem but its looking as though it might be...
  6. CPI fit is garbage... they also leave VERY little room to make carbs adjustments... they come on the pipe sooner then shearers but fade off... Shearers fit very well with the execption of the left side it has to be shimmd to not tap the head... but you can move it out using a few washers or do it right and get some nylon shims ... the stinger desgin is much better on the shearers too.. they come much higher from the filters then the cpi... they come on the pipe a little later then cpi but they pull much muhc harder and never letup! im a BIG fan a shearers...
  7. any quality oil for your trans is fine in it... gear saver , amsoil , what ever.... i like the gearsaver 80w thats what i always have and always will run...
  8. 34 PJ's are big enough they are just an older carb... they where on honda dirtbikes in the 80's... the PWK has much more throttle response and seem to use less gas then the 34pj... i had the pj's and talked to a few other guys that had them too and we all seemed to use more gas with those then when we got 35pwk's

  10. all hail firemann, as we cower in his shadow!!! your a fukin tool... your the same guy that would want to put a 800hp hotrod on a gokart track becasue you can undergear it and make the power "stable" for the track... as you claim most guys have riddin a 70hp bike in the trails... i HIGHLY dought that... so what the extra 10 for the cub right? as said 100 times the cub was designed with one thing it mind going fast in a straight line... so to spend money to DE-tune the motor to handle the trials is fukin pointless! get your stockers ported and you dont have to de-tune a thing...you explain to everyone how a drag ported motor with close to no bottom end which is MUCH needed in the trails and more top end then you could ever hope for is a good trail bike? by the time your motor is getting on the pipe your locking down and starting from 0 all over again... get your self a good set of breaks if your the idiot thats going to build this motor for trails...and while your at it a nice heavy life insurance policy so your family at least benifits from your jackhole move to try and prove others wrong to simply say you did in your last few post you made me relize that any advice given by you would be immediately disregarded, to say dajo dosent know what he is talking about seals the deal on that...he has more then helped TONS of ppl on here without giving bogus info...
  11. by both jets im assuming you mean the mains? check all your jets... pilots and make sure you have same needles and they are on same clip... this wont make your motor foul like this but you should always make sure... if both are jetted same and clean then its probly your way out of sync... the side thats fouling is getting spark right? and how long does it take beofre it fouls the plug?
  12. make sure your jets are the same... also spend 50 bucks and get your self a carb sycn tool... jeff at fast sells them... what premix are you running? also make sure your air screws are set the same....

  14. got my same Lonestar Swinger that i have been selling.... as most know i got a bidder on ebay but was the buying for client scam.... so i have slacked off and now i need to get the ball going again.. Swinger is in Perfect Shape... it has been ridin 5 times in Glamis only this year... no scratches or bends or anything.... comes with the carrier.. all bearings are in great shape... Retails 750 plus shipping looking to get 600 shipped.... send pm if interested...

  17. the PJ is a really old technology carb... they came on the honda dirtbikes in the 80's... the PWK is newer technology... the throttle response on the PWK are much more snappy... and the slides in the PWK are d slides the pjs are called oval or something like that... they look like a big rectangle.... also i have asked a few others that ran both and it seemed that myself and everyone else used more fuel on the 34PJ's ....

  19. and all of your tors and ebreak is unplugs and removed? its sound like a combo of carbs and electrical... everytime i get ready to say check something electrical you start saying differant signs of carbs... and vice versa... and it used to run fine and just started this? you havent put a new head or anything that may casue a leak?
  20. between the two you mentions for an extra 1300 its a no brainer to get the Duncan.... just duncan wouldnt be my first choice of a bike out of others... but of those 2 hands down... your getting much more from the duncan at 1300 more...
  21. so like said you can spend the money to defeat the purpose of the drag ported cylinders to ride on a trail or you can have your stockers ported and use the remainig money else where that you would be spending to de-tune the cub... makes no sense,
  22. if you take it out make sure you dont over do it and cant get the stem back in and ined up right
  23. any dealer ship sells them or you can get them online.. they sell them per plate... they are like 6-8 bucks each normally... then you need steels too...
  24. i think you can just splice i the auxillery power from your cdi and use that... im not 100% look in your clymers and it tells you the currents and everything about the system...
  25. so did this happen after you put the 33 PWK's on your bike or did you have them on before and it ran fine?
