  1. go buy some penitration oil... soak it and let it stnd for 10 min then go at it and it should come lose.. sounds like it hasnt ever been off and the dirt and buildup has locked the threads
  2. go online or to any dealership and you can buy a motion pro puller for like 12 bucks
  3. your first is always the best... afte this youll get used to it or youll get cocky and then get your ass stomped by one lol
  4. iv been jamming Bullet For My Valentine... its not something i normally listen too but i think my eye drums are changing like my taste buds they have had me hooked here latly..
  5. if you want to knwo for sure call the guys at works performance... talk to the old guy in service... he will tell you to messure one side from bolt to botl on your a arms and he can tell you same with swinger...
  6. yea if your dragging your missing out and dont relize it trust me! only down fall is if you go back to trails your going to lose alot of your already lacking bottem end... if you can try and not sell your fmf so you can just switch them out if you want to do that....
  7. no you have to take off the clutch cover to get to the adjuster... dont buy new plates.. if you switched cables and perch and it started your plates arnt your problem...are you saying the cable is too long and you cant pull enough to disengauge your clutch or its not long enough to pull and disengauge?
  8. you know iv never heard of anyone replacing just the wires o stockers.. usally the whole thing... i took a look at mine and they are sloted and locked in place so im sure you can get them out to replace.. not sure if they are soldered in or not i havent opend one open before
  9. umm yea mister Oracol.... how did you comeup with that bad ass Ryme/Poem?
  10. humm mine just comes out with a wrench.... your threads messed up?
  11. if you put long rods and move to 795 pistons your not going to get any gain power wise... the long rod dose nothing for displacment, it wimply makes the angle of the robs and pistons have less stress on your bearings and wrist pins... making a more reliable motor...
  12. isnt this vinnies new band from pantera? edit... oh nm i opened it up and saw pict of him
  13. i went from fmf to shearers and it was night and day.... pulling up olds with fmf's i was lucky to hit 4th and pull it... with the shearers i can pull 5th no problem.... but your low end will definately suffer from the drag pipes... you can always advance your timing or gear a little differant if need be...
  14. well from wash 7 its 4.5 miles but thats a striaght shot by gps... groud coverage i want to say its closer to 6.
  15. the plastic gets weak and flexes once its heated up.. the flow isnt why you should replace it... hi flow or not the billet impeller is more reliable then the plastic casue it dosent flew when it gets hot.... iv heard of ppl getting the bike so hot it actually melts the stocker... billet you wouldnt have this problem.
  16. agree to disagree.. you got half of that right, the suspention is a must but a banshe isnt a banshee in the trials a nice woods ported banshee will still run night and day in trails versus a stocker...
  17. kool let me know on your bro.... i dont have the pods anymore becasue i melted themm but i got everything else...
  18. not many hills to drag race up but its good riding... like he said there alot of razors out thre... if youve rode glamis? not sure if you have those are more rolling dunes....these will drop off at the top...got some nice wide open flats... not a bad place i used to ride there until i moved closer to glamis, but now im hooked on glamis and probly wont ever go back
  19. umm im not 100% but i think the factory jugs are just steel no coating
  20. grr isnt for that motor... they make great pipes but they are for big motors for drag... youll like the cpi, but like i said before i dont like how they are hard to get to the carbs for jetting... but the performance are good... the shearers are better drag pipes and have a better design in the stingers too... either way you cant go wrong its just prefferance for the style riing you want the pipes for..
  21. chris, your jugs have a aggressive dune port right? if your wanting a 50/50 duner/drag bike i think you would like the cpi.... they pull pretty hard but they peak off before the shearers, but they have a lower mid range which is great for dunning....only thing i dont like about cpi is they dont give much room to work on your carbs to chang jets... i mean you can get in there but it not ez... also you got to make sure you do something for your pods so they dont hit the stingers...
  22. pm sent
  23. when you say dings... how bad are the dings? if they aresmall then no nothing your going to feel... but it would be smart to spend 50 bucksand get new ones ... also youll get ones that are smallbore and a size you know... Dave correct me if im wrong but if im not mistaken, stock dome messure right at 23cc's? and your saying you have 24? thats less room for compression then stock and your running a stock crank? like said above something not adding up casue your psi shouldnt be anywhere near 170... you should be at like 120...what kind of gauge did you use?
  24. damn i hit reply befor i saw red stole my post so what he said ^^^^^^^^
