  2. Peter, you DONOT mix engin ice with water, it is ready to go in right out of the bottle. But Redlines Water Wetter you have to mix with waster, prefferably distilled water.
  3. is that the little quad you can buy at walmart? im getting my id somethig like that when he walks (i got some time before then lol) but once he is 2 or 3 im getting him a little 50 dirtbike.

    arms

some times you have to put the ball joint in and push against the arms or turn the wheels hard and get alot of pressure on the joint to hold it while you tighten the nut
  7. the dry break is what alot of desert racers use, its just a qick fill station that when the two ends meet up it start dmping fuel in. when your tanks gets full it pops off and stops the flow so you dont have to watch how much your pouring. the 5.6 gal tank you will have to cut your plastics becasue the tank rides really low. the only differance from the clark to the ims is the clark has holes in the side of the tank. if you interested i have a 4 gallon ims tank in blue thats pretty much brand new. i cut the plastic bridge to fit a pingle valve but you can still use a stock petcock. i used it for 1 season. ill sell it for 150 plus shipping. if you want picts check out the for sale forums and find my post Parts F/S and theres a few picts in there
  8. jayz set it without any weight on the bike.
  9. Well guys after 15 hours of labor, it only took 36 mins of pushing and the newest addition to the bansheehq and world of racing was born! On Oct 31 2007 At 8:24 P.M., Logan Andrew James Collinsworth was born. The delivery went very smooth. He weighs in at 7 lbs 6 oz and was 19 1/2 in long. Mother is a little tired but is doing well. Its time to crack open that 15 year old bottle of Jameson Whiskey I bought in Ireland on my way home from Iraq!!! And its all good Mark, not a single pirate hooker was sighted
  10. OK Guys we are heading back .... maybe this is it! she has been up for the last hour and a half having cramps every 3 or 4 mins... so its getting close..
  11. yes if you mix it to rich you can be getting too much oil. you only want to mix it 32:1 - 40:1 depending on what oil you use. but either way your jetting is off letting too much fuel in. you need smaller jets your plugs should looks lite brown like a paper sack. not black
  12. the plugs being black means your running rich. you have too much fuel going to the motor, you need to take off your carbs and put smaller jets in there... make a list of any mods that are on the bike. and what elevtio you ride at and we cn get your jetting close. when you flood the motor your plug gets wet and wiwll not spark making your motor not run... to fix it you either have to let the motor sit or open the throttle wide opnen with the gas and ignition off and kick it over and try to blow any fule out... the second method does not always work.
  13. yea it was a fluke... i made a post about it
  14. check your plugs and see what color they are. you might have flooded the motor and it needed to sit. also while your at it check and see if you have spark.
  15. the longrod will help relieve stress of your bottom end. it changes the angle the rod is at when the piston is at TDC and the motor fires. there is not power gain from this. its purely for a more reliable motor. the rods are 5mm longer then stock so yu will need to get 795 series pistons. this moved the pin 5mm deeper into he crown making up for the longer rod.
  16. tracker it sounds like you might be in a little over your head. you should sit down and do a little research before trying to go at it with paper.. you will find out VERY quickly this isnt to correct way to go about it. doing it your self is awsome, as long as you have the knowledge, the know how and the tools and time to sit and learn, and be prepaired to ruin many cylinders so perfect the art of porting. Becsue its just that. an art. its not just something you get out paper and smooth away the casting flaws... unless you plan on making changes to the port timings and port angles, your probly not going to ee any differance. how ever on a side note, remember that on the intake track you dont want it to be smooth. you want it scuffed up... this helps atomize the fuel
  17. the other end is just a vent, it doesnt connet to anything... there mark now you can still be lazy
  18. lol, well it looks like its not going down tonight, we got there and her contractions stopped. they checked her cervix (sp?) and she wasnt far enough along so we came home. now we are just waiting
  19. well your probly running it rich. and you dont have a good seal so its collecting on it and dripping out
  20. sand blsting wont hurt them as long as to tape off the ends. go to walmart and get some masking taper and tape off all the holes. and blast the outside of it.

  23. the o rings dont have a tight fit. Did you get a kit or you just find o rings you though would fit it? if you got the kit then they are right. you just want them to stick to the groove and when you flip the head over and torque it down it will flatten it out and sealup
