  10. they are both good pistons, i have seen a very small amount of weisco's fail, we ran only weisco pistons when we raced and i dont recall a single "failure". the only thing we had issues with are forged pistons cold seizing becasue of not lettng them warm up before pinning it. either way you go you wont be wrong
  11. mine was the same way, one side mounted ez the other was a little harder. but its really straight forward. i got a set used for one season that im selling if anyone is interested, check the forsale threads for picts.
  12. i dont really feel like reading the pissing match so im going to assume what was said and type my info. if its not pertanent to the topic disregaurd anti freeze is NOT a coolant! it is ment to keep vehicles fluid from freezing in cold temps. the cooling properties are there becasue of the water that is inhernt in it but the idea of anti freeze is not intended as a "cooling agent" it is a fact that anti freeze is hard on rubber seals. water wetter and engine ice have a lubricant (cant remember the scientific name) that will prevent the rubber from drying out and cracking. your best bet for cool temp areas is to run engin ice, it has cooling property agaents AND is good for temps as low as -26 f . if you dont live in cold areas distilled water and Redline water wetter is the way to go. cheap and works great!
  13. oh i agree man not meaning to razz you i just say things over and over and over and it becomes monotonous. like said this topic has been brought up NUMEROUSE times. agree to disagree
  14. i dont care where it went, but i have rode for many years and i have never once seen it pull any fluid back into the rad. there has been many topics on the site over this topic and as always there are one or two cats and dogs that claim thier worked, but like i said i call bullshit.
  15. if i recall right it should fill up and have a little left over.
  16. engine ice is good for cold areas. i want to say its good up to -26 F sa3ood look into getting some Redline Water Wetter, and mix it with distilled water.
