  2. tell him to drive over with it well i got one from loes but ended up not needing it. after i got started i saw how the factory did it and took the router back.
  3. i want to hack off 1/4 inch on one side of both of mine. i just dont like not having any adjustment on there.
  4. yea this is the message i got back: Yes they should have pleanty. You should try just cutting one side on each tie rod only and check to see if that is enough how long are your rods now dragbanshee?
  5. are you talking about the block? you dont have to use it. you can put both ends of the ss lines on top of each other and use the copper disks between them.
  6. there is both.. normally the kits you get replace the whole thing from the master... or from the block... i had a set made that will tiein to the stock hardlines
  7. that motor at sea lvl should be around 150-155 main 45-50 pilot 3rd clips 2/5 turns.... having it as rich up top could be whats killing your topend
  8. brian you can set the pressure inside the marvine using just a regular nitrogen bottle. look into getting a filler and you can play with the pressure and get them set to what you want. Marvins ar going to be shiffer then what your used to, but it shouldnt be so bad that your arms are beat...for the carbs you can cut one or two coils out and stretch them if they are too stiff. how you like the ported 4mil?
  9. i sent him a message about that, not sure how much he threads them from the get go
  10. im bout to be 25 also, i'm not a drinker so im not into the rowdy crowds, as long as you guys are laid back and dont act dumb when you drink im down. i try to stay away from the young guys that act like fools that drink and drive. if you end up going, try to stay away from the washes, at night all the dus settles there and you cn hardly breath..
  11. like the title says, i need to find someone in san diego that has a wood router that wouldnt mind letting me borrow it for a day.
  12. good luck with the quad out there charles! that place blows unless your on a dirtbike! so many DEEP whoops...
  13. i got a message from the guy at wicked and he said: The tie rods are 14" long so that you can add camber to the front and still have enough thread to reach. Its hard to know what allignment angle different riders want, This is why they are longer rather than shorter. We will be happy to cut them down for you just send them back to us and we can do it in a matter of minutes. Or you can simply cut off a 1/4" yourself with a band saw or a hack saw or a cutoff wheel Its easy
  14. im still sending mine back and having them cut down. i shouldnt have to do a work around to make them fit. they should fit properly from the get go.
  15. for the wieght its not really very cost effective. just send those back and have them cut them... im think im going to send mine back becasue i dont want to turn the ball joints out.
  16. this is very true, i think they have it backwards... and that the american dollar is only worth 70 cents
  17. pc will stick to almost anything.... thoe podos are known for being a POS. if you can afford it id buy a differant one... call those fukers and see if they will replace it...
  18. humm hopfully hes not in bellville
  19. how far you live from the border? if your close send them to someones house and go pickthem up
  20. im not turning out my ball joints, you want those in as much as possible. thats shitty that now you have to ship them back and then probly pay to reship them to you again.
  21. handyman , the 7/8 isnt a common size. i talked to david noss and he took some clamps he had and made them the size i needed, he also gave m a discount for being a member. i got 2 sets from him. but after looking at my setup i might only need to run one, i guess ill see once i get everything back together. (one of these days)
  22. ok so i get a message back from the guy at wicked, this is his respones: The tie rods should be 14" long if they are too long to properly adjust the toe unscrew the ball joints a couple of turns
  23. im going to open the box they are packed up in and re-messure mine. but i want to say they where 13. but even 13 seem too long, i had +3 arms before these and those where only 13. i sent him a message on ebay asking hm what the length was supposd to be. edit: i just got mine back out and mine are 14in as well...
  24. i had some ss lines made that tie into my stock hard lines. jayz750 told me about a place near where we live. cost me like 50 bucks and that was for all the connectors and everything.
