  1. BLASPHEMY!
  2. I live in Mississippi... deer hunters everywhere. I can go to where we usually ride, stand at almost any given spot and see a deer stand. It sucks living here and riding an ATV. There's a deer season and an ATV season and the two don't interact at all. Riding season is over for the most part unless we ride in a small sand pit or at night... and it's almost getting too cold to ride at night. I need to move to Arizona or something. Sorry, just venting.
  3. Thanks to ya'll I've already gotten the right tool for that.
  4. I guess I may have to go to Harbor Freight and get a puller then. Think this one will work?
  5. I just got the Trailtech speedo kit and I have to take one of my front spindles off to install it. I got the axle nut and caliper off but the spindle won't budge. I guess the bearings are froze to it. Any suggestions?
  6. Good job, now come show me how to do it. I've only successfully shifted once. The front tires usually drop as soon as I grab the clutch.
  7. That's why he posted it in General. Besides, since when is a 350x a Banshee?
  8. I would ask what got your panties in a bunch, but you just explained it... Just pickin with ya.
  9. Yes, although not as bad. I swapped out reed cages at the same time. Who knows?
  10. My plastic looks horrible with all the fading and scratches. If I picked up a cheap buffing wheel could I make it look like new?
  11. Sorry...but that's not what I'd consider fat....maybe a bit chunky though depending on her height. Just what I was thinking. If that's fat, he must date teenagers.
  12. Mine smokes real bad when I first crank it, but almost goes away completely after riding for a little while. I'm thinking it's the oil settling. Castor did it, but it's gotten worse since going to 2R. Mine also smokes out one side more than the other. Always has, just was worse when I had dual carbs.
  13. ...but once you reach that balance point it only takes an inch more to send you flying backwards. Get intimate with that rear brake and don't forget it's there like I always do. I've lost it too many times doing 5th or 6th gear wheelies. I can wheely the heck out of my friend's 300ex and my other friend can ride one on his 450r for as long as he has a straight away.
  14. What's the cheapest way to convert to round housing for someone who doesn't trust their skills at hacking and welding?
  15. Not to crash your hopes, but you can get Douglass .125s for as low as $28 a piece from RMATV. I guess it all depends on exactly what rims they are on whether you got a good deal.
  16. How much do you charge? For just the carrier, or for a round housing conversion?? Just the carrier is $165, and it should work with any other round housing swingarm (I compared it to a competitors carrier and I was right there on dimensions), and $215 shipped for a conversion. What does the conversion entail? Does it involve hacking on the swinger?
  17. How much do you charge?
  18. stock... holds up good but I hate the chain adjustment. I'd love a round housing.
  19. Sredish is full of useful knowledge yet again! I love my single carb setup, everything Sredish said is the way it is. I should probably be running a 33 myself, but oh well. I'd never go back to stock carbs... I hate those damn Mikunis. Yesterday I rode with a friend of mine that has a 450r. He's a badass veteran rider and I was able to stay on his heels through a tight woods trail. That may not sound like much to anyone else, but it was a big feat to me.
  20. Thanks for the help, I'll go down to a 45 and see what happens.
  21. UPDATE I'm down to a 48 pilot still running the 175 main. The needle is in the second richest clip and if I go to middle clip it hesitates real bad. I finally got around to doing a WOT test today and the plug I pulled actually looked pretty good. It's about the color of a Hershey bar. So that rules out the main jet. I've been running on some B8ES plugs for a couple weekends and they seem fine. My current problem is kinda weird. For the first hour or two of riding it runs great and pulls strong. Then all the sudden for no apparent reason it'll start gurgling when I give it 3/4 to full throttle. It'll clear up after a few minutes but it's real annoying. It seems like the left cylinder is cutting out. I guess it could be something electrical but I dunno what. How do I jet the pilot? My Shee smokes a LOT when its first cranked after a couple days and smokes a little at idle, but hardly smokes at all while riding. Thanks for the help guys! It feels good to do my first proper plug check.
  22. First couple posts he made I kinda wanted to jump to his aide too, but then I looked at his previous posts and quickly changed my mind. XT45 probably knows a lot more about Banshees than he lets on (judging by his questions) and is just making these posts to annoy people. All those useless posts... you would think even a punk-ass kid would eventually get bored with a prank like that, but not this retard... oh no. If you look at his post history you can tell he's pulling a prank. After he makes a stupid post he doesn't post in that thread again. Someone that really needed a question answered (even a stupid one) would get offended by people making fun of him and not answering the question. I don't understand why he isn't banned yet.
  23. I'd love to have it just for that reason, but I have the older style bars. I'll be getting some Tusk aluminum bars soon, but that's a gamble whether they'd work too.
  24. Will stock bars work that tank or do you have to use the riser?
  25. KRMit
