  1. No shit? I hadn't heard.
  2. Yeah, I'm back in school now so I'm not on as much. But thanks for the compliment on the avatar lol. I wouldn't be AssWhore without knowing a nice ass when I see it.
  3. I know what you mean, and it is definitely annoying.
  4. There is already one stickied in the video forum that Wes did years ago. If you watch it, YouTube shows the vid you linked on the right in the suggested videos section. I’ve watched both and they are both good. Wes’s shows syncing using the vacuum gauge, and the other one shows you how to do it by eye. Wes's Carb Sync Tutorial
  5. How to sync carbs and set idle. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=95025&st=0
  6. Well I'm no expert on the subject, I'm sure he'd have more answers for you than I do... But....For one, the transfer case and drive shafts aren't in yet. The transfer case will sit in the middle of the cradle and angles won't be as severe as you might think (I've seen much worse). Two, the shocks are set up really soft with lots of travel and once all of the weight is on the truck (trans, transfer case, custom drive shafts, skid plates, gas tank full of gas, and people in it) the shocks will sag more than two inches lower. Three, idk how you can tell the heims look minuscule in any of those pics. They are actually quite beefy in person and were made for that purpose. I'm not sure of the actual size but they're not just cheesy TSC bought heims. Also keep in mind he did this all by himself with minimal tools and no shop or hoist or much guidance other than his Got Mud web site similar to the bhq. Are things going to brake? Sure. That’s the nature of the beast. Find the weakest links and fix them. Yeah, those are temps. Once he gets his Rockwell axles, there will be some big ass tractor tires on it. Thanks for the comments
  7. yep, guys a moron. He got what he deserved. It wouldn't suprise me if that raptor wasn't even his.
  8. Well its not my truck, But this is my buddy Brad's 91 K-5 Blazer Bogger he has been working on for the last five months. He did all the fab work himself. I need a fuggin ladder to get in the muthafucka. lol ...btw - They look small, but those are 44" Ground Hogs on there.
  9. I'm pretty sure jbooker82 is correct. My 99 calls for non-resisted B8ES...My buddies 2000 - a BR8ES. I've been told the 99 and earlier models are pre-resisted ignitions and don't need a resisted plug, but can still run one. 2000 and later need to run a resisted plug to aviod rf interference and possible coil or CDI damage. I'm not sure how accurate that info is, but I do know I have ran both B8ES and BR8ES in my banshee with no problems.
  10. NGK B8EG's I've tried the NGK - ES's, IX's, EGV's...I (or my banshee) like the EG's the best
  11. Rest assured I'll be getting those from ya sooner or later Jeff… Hopefully sooner than later. I just need to get some money together. -Ryan
  12. I wish I had some money to spend. I want some 33pwk's and the sync tool.
  13. Oh yeah for sure. If it didn't, I'd say it should have. lol
  14. A Magnum billet basket runs around 150 bucks. I've seen PE (Performance Engineering) billet baskets go for 139. I bought a Magnum last year, and inside the package it said manufactured by Performance Engineering.
  15. WOW 350? Thats a helluva deal. Someone better scoop these up.
  16. How to apply the sealant? Clean up both halves as best as you can, cleaner the better. Lay a small even bead of yamabond or 1211 on the flat machined surfaces of both halves. No need to apply to bearing, but doesn't hurt to put a little around the outsides of the crank seals and counter sprocket seal. have someone hold the rods and lower the top half onto the bottom and bolt together. I reccomend finding your Clymers. That part in your pic is the clutch bearing retainer. But it looks like only half of one. Broken? torque spec on clutch spring bolts is 10 nm or like 7.3 ft-lbs hope that helps. Good luck
  17. Are you sure its not just leaking from your "head to clutch cover" hose and running down the center drain hole and onto the stud? There shouldn't be any coolant in the case unless you didn't seal the halves up good or you may be missing the coolant plugs under the cyls as mentioned. What in the hell is that brass looking thing in the middle of your crank tunnel?
  18. Thanks for the great work and all the help Jeff. You da man! lol

  19. Yeah, we're Canada's bitch just like Batman is Robin's bitch. What a twat!
  20. You should be fine as long as your chain isn't way out of adjustment. The center and lower rollers get more use than the upper one, most of the time it's just along for the ride. Only when your suspension is near fully compressed does your chain even touch it. You may want to stay away from going for the tripple jump today.
  21. Despite what some of you say I really like my Trinity pipes. Agreed, they aren't for every situation or riding condition. But, they pull very hard on my bike and do very well in the dunes, open tails, and fire roads I have ridden. I don't know or care about dyno numbers on each pipe, but I do know I have passed by more than a few banshees with FMF's, PC's, Pt's and T5's. Could my banshee have been set up better or have more mods? Sure...but I didn't slow down to ask them. I will say I do not like Trinity as a company. They are over priced and their service sucks, but their pipes aren't as bad as you paint them to be. There is also something to be said about being the only stainless steele pipes around. You can have the chipping chrome and rust issues you get with the others. my $.02
  22. Get some angled pods and get rid of those giant reed spacers. That will move the whole asembly forward and give you the extra room. $.02
  23. good shit Simon
  24. I think you may be able to put YFZ450 shocks on with the J-arms. You would have to modify the upper and lower mounts slightly as usuall. The only concern I would have is the upper J-arm clearance. The YFZ450 shocks have a larger diameter spring and may not clear the J-arm. As far as the ball joints...nothing to worry about. Elkas are way better than the YFZ shocks, but they are also three times the cost.
  25. BUMP I have had a few good prospects via PM's...keep em coming
