  1. That sould be plenty of room. 13/41 is good low gearing for woods riding, 14/41 is stock gearing...with a few extra ponies I like to run 15/41 of course that all depends on tire size, horsepower, and setup.
  2. Be sure to give your banshee enough room to stretch it's legs. CR250's are pretty quick especially out of the hole, but by 5th & 6th gear you should be walking away.
  3. Looks great! Nice work Jeff. I'll be sending you some stuff when I get some extra cash together.
  4. Sounds about right to me too.
  5. Looks like a nice Play/Dune port to me. Who did em?
  6. Epic eight page pissing match guys. Great read!
  7. Aww, isn't that cute. I made you mad enough to check my profile. Do you need a hug?

  8. Why would anyone leave their banshee with no fluid in the trans? Not to mention drive it that way...Just curious.
  9. Yes. Water isn't gas, therefor water in the air/fuel mixture causes a lean condition making your engine race...not good. Check your carb tops also, it may be getting in through there rather than your aibox and filter. And may want to try to avoid crashing through big water puddles in the future.
  10. Ten on one...And those are his boys...? Gangs are fucking stupid.
  11. Ryan is probably going to buy your motor. I talked to him yesterday. He's just working out the details.
  12. Oh, OK. I was just checking. I saw a few pics of that other motor you had, and that it was missing the stator and and some other things. So your feedback is good then? Last I knew, My buddy Ryan wanted it...Did you give that number I gave you a call? I haven't talked to him since.
  13. You were almost ready to start blaming Jeff’s work weren’t you? ...don't lie BTW: your xtranormal vid is awsome, almost had me in tears laughing.
  14. PM Sent Is this the same motor you were selling in November 2010?
  15. I have a buddy interested in this... Location? Pics? Carbs included? Thanks, -Ryan
  16. Nope, only one rod and one ball in there. Yes the ball should be between the rod and pancake CDA. Remove your clutch cover. Loosen cable at clutch lever all the way. Push lightly on clutch actuator arm untill you meet resistance. While holding it there, adjust the allen screw on the CDA (pancake bearing) untill it lines up with the arrows on the actuator arm and case. (* my CDA is adjusted almost all the way in, not out) You should be able to get it real close, if not then something isn't right. Tighten jam nut. Before you put your clutch cover back on, take up the remaining cable slack with the clutch lever adjustment leaving a tiny amount of play so you're not riding the clutch. Work the clutch a few times to check for any binding. Look down at the pressure plate to make sure it's pushing out evenly about 1/8 to 3/16". If all seems ok, put the cover back on, fill with trany fluid and coolant...test ride. Hope this helps, good luck. _Ryan
  17. NOSS/FAST here Chariot and Pro Design are nice too.
  18. Is that spray paint or are they bead blasted?
  19. I'm sold on the TM Designworks stuff. I have their case saver and the complete Slide-N-Guide kit. It was a little pricey but everything is very well made and is holding up great after three years now. But....I've never thrown a chain either.
  20. Nice little setup you have there jbooker. Looks like it will jam the hell out of an appartment. Your neighbors are gonna love you. I've allways liked the way Polk speakers sound especially their subs, and the Onkyo recievers are hard to beat. I would get the surrounds but skip on the center channel imo, they just never sound that good to me. Is that a LG LED or LCD? How do you like it?
  21. I have some Alpinestars Tech 7s. They were a little too stiff at first and I wasn't sure I would like them. After one season of brake in they loosened up and now I won't ride in anything else.
  22. Nice! Bet that made watching movies a little better. How's it sound?
  23. Buy on of these and read it. Best money you'll spend on your banshee. http://www.clymer.com/Book.aspx?bid=598&title=Clymer+Yamaha+Banshee+1987-2006
