  1. My cousins and friends all run ptr low-mids, and pro circuits.
  2. I do! The Hole
  3. Where did you get that stator? If it is a rs stator, thats one of Ricky's really old designs from about 1999. He now has a 200w stator that doesn't have any extra wiring and it keeps your lights really bright with his flywheel at idle.
  4. Dynoport 2 into 1, but it depends on what your doing with it.
  5. Hoosiers Hoosier flat track tires
  6. I find it easier to convert myself, but I can weld. I made my own parts from the metal store.
  7. 35mm pwk and 2 into 1 intake manifold.
  8. dynoport 2 into 1! They sound sweet too.
  9. Thats a top end pipe with a bottom end carb setup. Typically you wont have enough exhaust gas to use the pipes to its potential, because you would be bottle necking the intake because of the very small carb inlet size. Banshees dont really have a way of making the best of both worlds with a bunch of bottom end parts, and some top end parts together. You gotta more look at what you want, say maybe really good midrange for your setup, and gear all your components towards that. My only engine mods are a coolhead at about 170 psi compression, a 34mm pwk, stiffer clutch springs, and 2 into 1 intake with a dynoport 2 into 1 pipe. My bike is actually pretty fast and its a blast to ride. I do well in the holes, and pretty good drag racing up the hills. The flats are a bit of a letdown, once I get into sixth gear I dont have enough top end to really carry my last gear. I am geared at 13/45 with 22" sand tires. This is me climbing out a hole. Snopczynski in a really steep hole Ok, so here we are racing up boxcar in Coos Bay, OR. The guy in front has Paul Turner Torque pipes, 2 into 1 carb setup, and a 4mm long rod stroker motor ( 406cc $30k banshee). Guy in Second has CPI's with dual carbs and a ported 350 ($15k banshee). Im on the blue one in third with only the engine mods listed above. Not too shabby for just a stock motor with a few bolt on parts ehh? Drag Race at Boxcar
  10. your gonna have compression squish issues and exhaust port height issues with a long rod piston and no long rod crank. They didn't give you a long rod crank did they? Cause you can get a long rod crank with a stock stroke.
  11. we had a problem like that on a bike last year after the customer made some wiring harness modifications. I put a new harness in it and it started right up. Does it have the correct flywheel pick up gap? Was it a brand new stator? Is anything else aftermarket like the cdi? Check solder joints on the stator? Make sure the stator yellow and black wires are plugged into the proper harness wires where they come out of the case. Verify proper kill switch operation. (try bypassing it). Make sure the tors wiring is just terminated and not reconnected to itself. Key switch if not equipped may need to be jumped or checked for a fault in its circuit. Coils rarely go bad, but they get a charge of the stator and then have a ramming capacitor on them. I think they only have a ohm check you can do.
  12. You can run a capacitor with the conversion, or a battery. If your gonna do it, I recommend a battery. DC Conversion Link
  13. the 200 watt stator kit he sells most recently doesn't require two voltage regulators? That is odd. Do all the plug ends coming out of the new stator look like the stock one does?
  14. Well tell us more about your bike. What cc is it? Any porting or other performance mods (what was it geared towards)? What kind of riding do you do mostly (dirt, sand)?
  15. make sure both bulbs are the same wattage. Are the lenses different, one spot, one flood?
  16. Bingo.....how big are the washers?
  17. Guarantee that pipe has to be heared toward one end of the spectrum or the other. Its either gonna work well on a big bore or a stocker, not both. Trinity is known for doing that kind of crap.
  18. Needle need adjusting. Main jets are for top end, and needles pretty much handle the acceleration part of the deal.
  19. mine rips with the motofast 2 into 1.
  20. Usually they go bad and never come back. If they do run sometimes or have weak spark its common to see a solder joint issue on the stator.
  21. your spark arrestors are not intact, you need to contact pro circuit and see if you can add them in, or if the silencers even came with arrestors.
  22. push the thing back in place, reweld the sheet metal supports and add some new supports.
  23. This will save you some bucks. PC 310 I am working on doing a dc conversion with a pc 545 right now. Did you use the Ricky Stator Reg/rec?
  24. Im putting a pc545 in mine. Just.... are you running the 200w stator and ricky's reg/rect with your conversion?
