  1. Your gonna need to lap the new flywheel to your crankshaft, and make sure after its back together that the end of the crank is not bent.
  2. Are you running a rs stator and flywheel (200w)?
  3. cv is a constant velocity carb usually used on four strokes (have one in my Rhino). The pj is a standard slide carb. The pj would work better. I would run a pwk though.
  4. cascade innovations ought to know the jetting about dead on all the way down too the needle position. I cant remember where mine is at right now.
  5. My cousin has a set of rec. ones, the heim joints on the early ones at least are crap.
  6. The only way a leaking base gasket could do it is iff the plugs in the bottom of the cylinders are leaking or they are gone. Otherwise the antifreeze only runs about 3/4 the way down inside the cylinder walls. Did you retorque the head, or was it still leaking right away?
  7. I think If I remeber right I bought 2 chains. I thought I used 2 120 links and cut ssome off the 2nd to get it to reach. Use 2 master links to join them. I think its something like 136 links to reach.
  8. I mix (1) 16 ounce bottle of castor 927 to a 5 gallon jug. 44:1
  9. TOO HARD TO CHANNEL SURF, AND THEY WORK NOT SO GREAT IN UNFAIR WEATHER CONDITIONS.
  10. I cut into the feed duct on my furnace and put in a heat register that I could open and close.
  11. So its too far out? My old fmf gold series pipes had about a 3/4" aluminum spacer with a bushing that went in between the silencer tab and the mount on the frame.
  12. Does the fuel tank come out easily if you have all your plastics off? Or does it have to be forced or shoe horned to get it out or in?
  13. carbon tech reeds, low-mid setup.
  14. What kind of riding do you mostly do?
  15. 35mm pwk.

Jhughes7, thats my old pickup 2wd lowrider in your picture there. Was that picture taken Labor Day weekend?
  17. Where are you getting this 80-85 hp number? Whats done to the motor?
  18. I would try jetting just the carb before putting on a dial a jet. If your float level is low, that will cause the bike not to get enough fuel.
  19. My buddy runs a 12 paddle super light on his 4mill.
  20. Cascade innovations ought to be able to provide very close dyno and dune tested jetting for the 2 into 1 intake setup.
  21. Water pump seal has to be one issue, or rubber plugs in the bottom of the cylinders are gone.
  22. the steering stop should be at a 90 degree angle to the bracket its on, and you gotta add a reinforcement piece to keep it from bending back out again. Make sure the edges and corners on it are not worn down. Also the steering stem should contact it fully with the tabs that are on it.

Florence is 93 db's. You almost never come across sound checks in Coos bay, Winchester, or Florence though. There is Coos Bay (my favorite= Horsfall), Winchester, Florence, Sand Lake, and Christmas Valley. The first three are the biggest and have the best amenities.
  24. If it is a J-arm, you need to go back over the a and j-arm mounts. Otherwise we just put a bead along the bottom of the lower a-arm mounts. Radiator hoop has to be checked for cracks in the webs that tie into the frame, and make sure the hoop is not pushed back. Rear of the frame needs to be checked to make sure its not bent up. Also look for cracks around the rear shock mount, and in the cross braces under the seat where the seat mounts and the cdi mount. Headlight mounts need to be checked, and rear fender mount brackets on the sides.
