  1. They do, Dyno Dave has already checked it out.
  2. Even the stock curve in the ignition #4 is supposed to get you better performance. They claim increased spark energy and faster microprocessor technology in the cdi will make it work better. Dont tell me I am wrong, if you do I will post the directions where it says that in them. The 3 other curves do end up overall being advanced about 4 more degrees on the top, but if you set your timing plate at zero, they ought to work rather well. Keep in mind, most motors dont start making usable power till around 5k rpm. This is different for drag motors. I got the custom program kit also, so I am gonna be tweaking some curves on the laptop at the dunes. I also got a dyna coil.
  3. I have no clue what needle that is. It should say ie dek or eej on it. Thats seems to be too big of a main, and too big of a pilot jet. Float level is checked at float bowl mating surface to the seam on the float, as the float arm just contacts the needle without pressing it in. It should be 11mm.
  4. I am selling my Marquette M02155 115v 135 amp gas mig welder if your interested then pm me. They are made by lincoln but with another name on them. Gas mig looks way better and is cleaner than flux core non-gas. I have had it for about 2 years. But I can sell it with regulator, some used mig gun shielded tips, loaded with 1/3 spool mig wire, and some mig wire gun tips also. Its got normal wear, there is some wire marks and strands on the ground clamp from trimming the wire on the gun off also. I think there is a small section of the plastic on one gauge missing, but the gauges work fine still.
  5. $150 for test and tune (3 hours) on chassis dyno. $200 for test and tune (5 hours) on crank dyno.
  6. My cousin runs their a-arms. I personally think they are rusty and squeaky pieces of shit.
  7. float level? Needle? Main jet? pilot jet? clip position? Air screw turns out? Is it an airstryker?
  8. do a search, there is a thread on the jetting page that says "pipe recommendations". Check the second page of that thread.
  9. ok? What was the point of giving me the link?
  10. hook the light to a batter with some jumper wires, if it comes on then the bulbs are ok. There is no way to test this thing if you dont have a good test light. Best thing to do is use a multi meter. You can check ohms through the bulb, ohms to ground, and voltage on the powered stator wire.
  11. why do you have vforce reeds for a cr125?
  12. Call dynoport and see how much they want for a silencer. It has to be the same id as the dynoport stinger tube and silencer. I have a broken motofast silencer that you could probably take the stinger tube off, but you would need the right id size silencer to weld it to. http://www.dynoport.com/ link Rich can also make super quiet silencers if you need one.
  13. Stock Carbs????? That guy was on here trying to sell that thing and I told him in a post and emailed him on eBay last week about this. You need a dynoport silencer for your bike to run right. The seller knows this and sold it to you any way. if the pro circuit silencer still has the pro circuit stinger tube on it with an adapter, the id of the tube will be too small for the bike to use the pipe properly. Read this The shady dickheads link! So, no it wasn't a good price with the wrong pos silencer. Get the right stinger pipe or silencer and check back with us. Hope you didn't leave him feedback yet.
  14. you have to check the compression with a known good gauge and the motor has to be warmed up first. You also have to have the throttle wide open while kicking, and pull both spark plugs.
  15. about 150-175 in the summer in Oregon at the dunes.
  16. This is the best one for the money.
  17. Folks, you can take pics of cylinders till your hearts are content! The motor guys on here are not going to be able to tell you anything except "yeah that's been ground on" if you don't provide us with port window sizes, heights, and widths. If someone on here seriously looks at one of these pics and goes "Dude, thats a radical port job!", then they don't know shit. We need specs to tell you what your motor may be ported to do. Even then, pipes, compression, and intakes are going to affect what the motor runs like.
  18. call cascade, they know what you need.
  19. you like duct tape, you and my grandpa would have got along great.
  20. nope, off from my bike by about 7 mph.
  21. All the tests I have done have been with a bushnell radar gun. Top speed doesn't matter though. Its all about gearing and tires.
  22. You can tell by looking at it.
  23. All you have to do to defeat the tors is unplug everything.
