  1. An oem stator is not 200w, its more like 100 watts. I would say that RS stators in my opinion have problems because they were installed incorrectly. I personally have had a few and ride with others that have them. We have not had a failure yet where I could find a reason to blame Ricky for it. We have had 2 of his flywheeels with loose rivets though, I know at least one was his fault.
  2. What needle is in it?
  3. I need to know what needle is in it?
  4. Did you replace all these parts trying to fix a running issue or just adding parts on? Why doesn't the bike run good, what does it do?
  5. Yes it does. It will automatically update for games also.
  6. 215 main jet, 50 pilot jet (pretty sure thats gonna be a bit rich). Needle is more crucial than anything else. Why didn't you want to know where that should be?
  7. If you can find your way to this website, then you can google "Dynoport". Call and ask for Rich, tell him what you want. More than likely he can build it.
  8. The dyno port pipe limits max power to about 9k rpm. It is a common misconception that its a bottom mid pipe. Its actually a mid pipe in the sense that it retains mid rpm to its max rpm very easily ands stays on the pipe. Its made for keeping the engine revved up on the trails or in a mx race.
  9. call dynoport and order one from them, they are the only ones that make them for their pipe. If it is a motofast pipe, they also make a silencer for that. Gonna need a pic of the pipe to tell you which one it is though.
  10. thay make single carb adfapters to hook the airbox back up.
  11. Trinity and Cascade make the kits. I would run a pwk 35mm if you ever plan to do motor work. Also, ditch the vf3's and run carbon tech mid reeds with stock cages and rev plates. Compression will create more power across the board.
  12. And you HAVE to pay for a live membership and enter the info in your console.
  13. Only issues I have seen with RS flywheels is loose rivets on the hub. If you send it to Falicon and have them balance it after its been lightened, there shouldn't be an issue with it.
  14. $15.00. that equates to about $8 to fix it, and $7 to ship it back.
  15. I have the programming kit.
  16. Dave is a Boeing QC inspector that worked on the stealth project. I am gonna roll with what he says and not worry about it too much.
  17. Asked him numbers today. 3/4 hp more with a nology coil across the board compared to the stock tecate 250 coil.
  18. My exhaust port is raised over stock, thats why my compression is lower. Crank twisiting isn't a result of compression build up. Its actually a result of popping the clutch at high rpms.
  19. I am under the assumption that flux core penetrates rather well, but has alot of carbon deposits in the weld from the shielding put on the wire. As far as the box store welders, lincolns small 115v setups are great welders for the $450 and up range. I have a weld pak 3200 hd now and it works pretty dame awesome with mig on 1/4" steel.
  20. DYNO DAVE = He put it on the DYNO! It made a difference. He is a crafty little bugger, so I am sure he did something else to measure some sort of electrical output from it too.
  21. I run 18cc domes at 184 psi compression with an unwelded crank.
  22. your ip and all those settings need to be set to auto if you have a standard internet service provider. You also have to have a router thats compatible with xbox live. All this stuff is talked about on www.xbox.com
  23. Your spending a couple hundred more dollars to get a better looking and stronger weld. Its only $459 for the weldpak 3200hd, and you can weld flux core or mig gas. Your gonna regret after you weld something and see how hard it is to clean and how much splatter those flux core welds make.
  24. If I bought a new one I would get the Lincoln Weld pak 3200hd from home depot. Comes with all the stuff to run gas except for the cylinder.
