  1. hey guys I got a miss firing problem under full power but it doesnt do it all the time or in the woods Ive changed plugs re packed the silincers you can ride normal for few mins and then wind it up and its fine and get out of it and try to wind it up and it will miss untill i change gears could it be the reeds ????? thanks matt

  5. hey guys finnaly got it running I got the motor broke in and now Ive been playing around with it and after 3 rd the clutches are slipping there new barrnetts kelverwith heavy duty springs I have plenty of play on the cable I dont know what else to check any ideas ? thanks matt
  6. hey thanks for the replys I just made a set of spacers at work today that Is gonna work for now but a little later I want to get a set of the boss intakes Im tired of spending money on it I gotta get back working on my 69 camaro the tracks are starting racing in a couple of weeks!!!!! thanks for the help guys matt
  7. hey guy I need some help on where to start the time at I have a 4mm stroker with stock cylinders with a drag port & there 68mm and 36mm carbs 21cc domes step cut 100th wicked atv cut them he said it should be around 180 psi cylinder pressure and it will be run on 112 race gas I was thinking about 5-6 adv, any body have any thoughts on where I need to set the time at thanks for the help matt

I thought about bending the lever down but i didnt know if the pressure from cable would make it bend back . i bought 36mm stock looking intakes (rubber) that was stipid I know now!!! maybe i can make a 7/16 spacer and bend the lever down I work in a machine shop so makeing them is not a problem what do you think ????
  9. hey guys I got a set of 36 mm Mikuni tmx carbs and the left side is hitting the clutch lever! has any body else had this problem I held them up to the cylinder with the reeds in it and I had to space it out 5/8" to get it to clear can i just make a 5/8 spacer or what any ideas ?????????
  10. hey it sounds like the shifting shaft is bent and it tries to hang up when shifting I had to replace mine in my old banshee it was right under $40.00
  11. hey they were blaster style pistons I just ordered 2 new prolite pistons and the domes for them they are haveing to step cut the dome .100th for clearnce I was told that I cant run a spacer plate under it because of the port timming there stock cylinders with big bore sleeves and has been ported alot they even have the boost ports added in them also where the reed go in are cut out for the vforce cr 125 reedsthey are bigger than the banshee reeds i bought the cylinders and pistons and vforces off ebay as a set now It will only run on race gas i got the pistons and domes from wicked atv what would be a good degree timmingto set it at ? he said probley 180 psi about how much compression would that be ? thanks matt
  12. hey guys im new on here building me another banshee its 4mill stroker and 68mm bore and a drag port I bought these cylinders off ebay and it came with pistons and the reeds are v forces for a cr 125 and heres my question I called vitos about a cool head and he wanted to know what the degree on the pistons were I told him they were mad by pro x and they were flat tops and he said that it would still have a degree on it he said I had to know before i could order the right one he said the squish would be wrong and it would not run right can any body explain or help me out and Im wanting the most compression on pump gas and and i also bought a pair of tmx 36mm carbs are they to big? thanks guys
