anything special done to your stk cyls? who ported them, and what type of port is it? you ever dyno your 4mil to see the power curve?

yeah man, you can see the wear marks on that little protrusion. Cut that back and down a touch and you should be good to go.

I installed one on my buddies 89, no problem. My 02 required dremeling to the underside of the lid.

If you look at it closely you'll see what's up when you lower the lid on. If I'm not mistaken, there's the threaded part sticking up and a nut on that. When you button up the lid, a rib in the lid touches the screw. Dremel that part out of the lid and you're all good.

Same thing happened when I installed mine on my 02. I can't remember what I had to dremel out. Post a pic of the underside of the cover and inside of the throttle it may spark a synapse or two. I suffer from CRS...

I have Chariot's intakes, reed cages and timing plate. All excellently machined and I definitely felt quite an improvement over stock when I installed all three at once.

No reason to run 32:1. If your tune is spot on, 40:1, you dump 1 pint of 2R into 5 gallons and run it. 32:1 also means you less fuel parts per million than oil parts per million in you fuel mix and that means you have less potential energy in your fuel to burn and make power. 2R is an exceptional 2 stroke oil that has been proven over the years and especially by the rider above you with 3500+ miles over 10 yrs, that impressive as hell!
